The reasons that BTC has value & hyped are never the reasons why recent newcomers buy-in

The hype IS the product

Theres no mechanism for actual adoption from the Early Majority market segment. BTC as tech is saturated & all price swings are pure speculation on hype, not product
Insofar as u believe that money is a consumer product, BTC is a fully saturated market. The product morphed from get-rich (thru virtue of freely trading w everyone) to stay-rich (hodl) P2P electronic cash -> Digital Gold. Culture turned to Monetarism
I say all this to further understand, not money (the object), but the objective of money

Crypto isnt money

The money-ness of crypto is from it solving the *objective* of money, which was to increase societal wealth thru trade

The reason physical money exists, crypto fulfills
