#1962: In its first judgment delivered on a preliminary ruling, Bosch (13/61), the Court clarified the effects of the prohibition of cartels enshrined in the #EEC Treaty before the entry into force of the first implementing regulation of the Council. #CJEUin70Days

#1962: To protect the exclusive right of sale of its agents, Bosch had prohibited, by a contractual clause, its national buyers from exporting its products abroad without its agreement. CJEUin70Days
