This experience is quite magical.

I was interviewed for an intern position at Dukaan in Dec 2021, but I wasn't able to make it that time.
Seeing how awesome the work culture and growth environment was through Twitter,I felt it in my guts that starting my tech career with a mentor like @subhaschy would be epic

And there was a hope.

The hope was, Subhash sir had saved my number, we could see each other’s whatsapp statuses 😂

So, I decided to work hard and learn Django and started to create a production grade Dukaan MVP, thinking to text him in future.

Today was that day. In the morning, I pitched him with 15 WhatsApp texts.

And he read my texts and said

“Hired”.

My whole body was shivering at that moment. I was somehow able to continue the conversation even tho my hands were shaking.

I was selected in the morning today and got an offer at 3.40 pm 🚀.

Dukaan team has flipped the tech hiring game!

I'm still not able to process what has happened today.

But I'm very much excited to join Dukaan and to work with the awesome team.

From this whole process I learned that defeat is a personal thing.

It's just you vs you. If you don't accept defeat. Then how you're gonna fail?

And I'm not going to accept defeat (for good things) till my last breath
