.@lianbuan: Dati ang tawag doon ay "proscription," ngayon ay "designation" na lang. Ibig sabihin, magkakaroon sila ng hearing na hindi ipapaalam sa 'yo, magga-gather sila ng ebidensiya laban sa 'yo. Isang araw, gigising ka na lang na ikaw ay na-designate na bilang terorista.
