Read this opening paragraph from New York Times piece about "election falsehoods" that published yesterday. Note the ominous framing. Apparently, on a random day in September, big bad broadcaster Glenn Beck outlined his prediction for Election Day in a single sentence. 1/

But the quote they pulled was from a segment in which GB was reacting to a report by the Transition Integrity Project, which got a ton of media coverage largely because it predicted the end of the Republic in all scenarios except a Biden landslide. Here's what Glenn said: 2/

Where's the lie? You need to look no further than the TIP report itself to find support for GB's "prediction" here. The only difference is that GB is more generous to the Dems by assuming they'd accept a Trump landslide. In the report, this resulted in "constitutional crisis" 3/

Preprint of a study from UW-Madison examining infectious SARS-CoV-2 despite vaccination doesn't look good for mandate advocates. Researchers compared 699 swab specimens collected in July 2021 from residents of 36 counties. It seems like Delta has changed the game.

"We observed low Ct values (<25) in 212 of 310 fully vaccinated (68%) and 246 of 389 (63%) unvaccinated individuals. Testing a subset of low-Ct samples revealed infectious SARS-CoV-2 in 15 of 17 specimens (88%) from unvaccinated individuals and 37 of 39 (95%) from vaccinated." 2/

"Ct values <25 were detected in 7 of 24 unvaccinated (29%; CI: 13-51%) and 9 of 11 fully vaccinated asymptomatic individuals (82%; CI: 48-97%), and 158 of 232 unvaccinated (68%, CI: 62-74%) and 156 of 225 fully vaccinated (69%; CI: 63-75%) symptomatic individuals." 3/

It’s hard to read through the email dumps re SARS-CoV-2 (via FOIA) from Jan. 2020 through mid-Feb. 2020 without getting the impression that the top priority of our public health officials was not to prevent the spread of the virus, but to control the narrative re its origins 1/

Extensive efforts were made to build consensus among “The Experts” for natural origin and to kill any talk of lab leak or potential genetic modification, etc, which immediately makes you wonder, “why?” Regardless of motive, it’s clear that we’re not getting the full story. 2/

As more and more Americans lose trust in our public health officials and the CDC, I’ve noticed a tendency among those of us who are skeptical to assume that the part of the story we’re not getting about the virus and its origins would make us LESS concerned about it. 3/

Fun facts courtesy of Fauci:
By mid-Feb 2020 an “ad hoc” group of experts “informally led by Jeremy Farrar” had been meeting to look at “coronavirus sequences to . . . determine the evolutionary origin.” Also per Fauci, this sort of thing “is not [his] area of expertise.” LOL 1/

Fortunately, Farrar decided to include Fauci in this “ad hoc” group (despite admitted lack of expertise), and now we have his (heavily redacted) emails. (Thanks FOIA!) Farrar’s first act as informal leader (that we know of) was to organize a teleconference on Feb. 1, 2020. 3/

“Information and discussion is shared in total confidence and not to be shared until agreement on next steps.”
Bold opening statement, especially considering it went to top public health officials from the US & UK (Fauci & Vallance) as C-19 was spreading rapidly within both. 4/
