Bc “in service” to families means a child’s needs, defined by a clinician & family, are being met in a timely manner. You @DrFullertonMPP think “in service” is giving out a one-time funding cheque that barely covers a month of therapy. That’s not “in service” and YOU KNOW IT 2/
I know you know bc you keep boasting how the new OAP was designed by the community? Remember the panel? IWG? They told @MacLeodLisa@ToddSmithPC & you @DrFullertonMPP what the pgm SHOULD look like & then you lot went in a completely different direction. Those grps were a sham. 3/
By ur definition my daughter is “in service” w/ the ON Autism Pgm. I can assure you she is not. I’m paying out of pocket. Her needs are substantial & that $5k we received last yr barely scraped the surface of a $93k bill. @DrFullertonMPP I know you know your claims are asinine 4/
@DrFullertonMPP ur “world class” OAP ignores kids like my daughter. Realities: @maritstiles is right; my daughter is losing developmental time bc of @fordnation. He didn’t have to blow up the pgm & make us lose all this time & $ while trying to build a new pgm from square 1 5/
I’m broke, broken, exhausted & raging mad. You know what @DrFullertonMPP? I’m headed to the polls June 2nd along w/ every other autism parent, Autistic self advocate, grandparent, sibling, aunt, uncle, cousin, service provider, therapist, education worker, health care worker…6/
I have had it! QP today made me so upset I’m still shaking. Props to @maritstiles for keeping her composure today. Thank you for your advocacy. 7/
