The #nffc vs Bournemouth game is huge. Everything pretty much rests on that game.
Let's look at the permutations of how Forest can get automatic promotion.
1/6
If Forest loses to Bournemouth then they have to win both of their other 2 games AND Bournemouth have to lose both of theirs AND then it would be down to goal difference as both would be on 82 points.
Both have exactly the same +30 GD at the minute.
2/6
If Forest beat Bournemouth then they'll just need to better them over the other 2 games to secure automatic.
If they match them over those other 2 games then it'll be down to goal difference.
3/6
A draw at Bournemouth is messy. For Forest to secure 2nd place they'd need Bournemouth to not win their other 2 games (80-82pts) AND forest has to win theirs (83pts).
Forest could also afford a win and a draw (81pts) as long as Bournemouth lose both (80pts).
4/6
Also, if #BORFOR draw, there are a bunch of different ways it could be level at the end and down to goal difference again (eg if Bournemouth's last 3 games are DDL and Forest DDW gives both 81pts)
5/6
A draw would be a bad result for Forest and especially if Bournemouth beat Blackburn or Forest fail to beat Swansea on Saturday.
6/6

1/ "Boris did/not go to Perugia in Italy" - why does this matter? A thread.
Background first. On the 17th Sept, officials at Perugia airport said Johnson was there "in the last few days". Later they confirmed he "landed on the 11th at 2pm and left on the 14th at 7:45am".
2/ Downing Street denies he went at all. So the first issue is that either the officials at Perugia airport are lying or Johnson's staff at Downing street are.
This isn't the first and only time Johnson has lied so I'm calling dibs on it being him.
3/ The evidence is pretty obvious. The Flightradar site shows a couple of private jets flying in and out of Perugia's airport at approximately the times above - one even landed at an RAF base in Johnson's home constituency.
Sir Keir Starmer was appointed leader of the Labour party exactly 100 days ago. I’m not one for caring about neat hair or sharp suits or forensic vocabulary – I care about actions. So let’s have a look at his record so far in my piece I’m calling #100DaysofStarmer
1. Sir Keir took up the leadership on the 4th April 2020, after almost 5 years of some people saying that Corbyn was having a -20% drag-effect on the polls.
2. During December and the 2019 election (under Corbyn), the Tories led by around +12%...
3. Throughout April (under Starmer) the Tories had managed to increase this lead to around +20%.
4. At this time there was a major pandemic and the mismanagement of the response by the Gov’t was killing over 1,000 citizens per day.
