Injection mandates defeated at the Supreme Court

After a long delay, the Supreme Court has finally given its ruling on the mandated injections (*) imposed by various states and private entities

(*) An injection can be called a vaccine only after trials are complete AND data scrutinized AND found favourable

The delay meant that far too many Indians were coerced into a medical procedure, in violation of “informed consent”; many have faced adverse events, some even died

But the delay also meant that the failure of these injections was far more apparent: difficult for judges and lawyers to escape the reality that everyone jabbed also got Covid

“Bench: No data has been provided by UoI or States before us controverting the material placed by petitioner which indicates that the risk of tranmission by unvaccinated is at par with vaccinated.”

It was nice that the court recognized _one_ of the many scientific reasons for why these mandates are/were utterly absurd

It is now time for the erstwhile “liberals” and “human rights activists” to realize that they’ve been played by WHO and pharma mafia with this baseless and divisive propaganda of “your jab works only if everyone on the planet is injected with some unspecified number of jabs”

Although a victory, it is not a hands-down victory; “pharma mafia’s wrath will be terrible and its retribution swift; the battle against jab mandates is over, the battle against kids’ jabs is about to begin” (**)
