I have a theory about All in, the next episode of Amphibia, that I'd like to express over here, it's a thread so I'll start saying it in detail.
The theory in question is that, as seen in the promo for All in

Sasha and Darcy will fight one on one, but since Darcy is too strong, Grime arrives to help Sasha, using Barrel's maso, but then, at some point, Darcy manage to get Sasha in her sights, and when she's about to hurt her with herguard, Grime arrives, gets in the way, and then.....

ends up seriously wounded and ends up dying, this may be why Sasha in a promo image is crying, and because of this (here comes the smoking) Sasha is so sad and angry, that somehow, she manages to subcionar the powers of the pink gem from the calamity box

and bring her powers to light (just like Anne brought out her powers when she almost lost Sprig in True Colors) and this, we would have Calamity Sasha, fighting Darcy, but, just like Anne, she wouldn't know how to control her Calamity form

and would return to normal in a few minutes, and that would explain, why in one frame Sasha is seen without her shoulder pads and cape
