#Donetsk: "The night was quiet, from 07:40 (RU+DNRers) started shelling with artillery, not intensively, but loud single rounds. Dunno what they're attacking yet another time - #Maryinka, #Pisky, #Avdiivka, but it seems more like an imitation of Ukrainian saboteur group attack"
#Avdiivka: "The entrance of the coke processing plant has been shelled at the moment when a shift was getting on the bus. 1 woman and 4 men were killed, one man got his leg blown off, very many were injured"
#Avdiivka: "In Avdiivka, Russia has killed at least 7 people, wounded 18. The police has documented the consequences of the strike on the coking plant"
#Popasna: Some takeaways from a thread about the situation in Popasna by a Ukrainian soldier:
- Russians kept storming all day, throwing tanks, when repelled, storming with support of artym infantry, tanks, BMPs
- "As I get it, what remained of Rusnya was storming" 1/X
#Popasna:
- Russians deployed an assault brigade withdrawn from Mariupol to storm Popasna
- "The attacks are unsuccessful and clumsy because their commanders are shit: the first storming line bogs down, we stop and cut off the second line that goes behind" 2/X
#Popasna:
- "Also, Russian snipers are working, but they don't live long"
- Battles are ongoing at the very outskirts of Popasna.
- Russians try to break through Rubizhne, Popasna using aircraft, helicopters, heavy guns, MLRS, but ZSU doesn't allow them to succeed 3/X
01:49 #Kadiivka: "Maternity ward area: very loud..." "It's like our (RU) guys firing at us, a shot's heard and then it lands somewhere" "On #Yunykh_Leninstsiv it's just hit, fragments have been heard"
May02 morning #Kadiivka, Luhansk oblast (occupied): "Such launches people observe here for a pretty long time now. They usually launch them in pairs from some place in the fields behind #Chutyne"
#Kadiivka: "From a longer distance, it usually looks like straight vertical launches and the trail is smaller. The number of the launched (missiles) varies, but all in pairs, the hum lasts up to a minute"
It was investigated and there were no 'culprits'. At first nobody saw the fire as a threat, what killed ppl was the toxic smoke of plastic things stored at the entrance, when the threat became clear, the "radicals" brough scaffolding and started rescuing ppl.
(it's probably a tweet to catch and block some more Russia lovers in the comment section, let's check it out)
02:42 #Belgorod, Russia: "I woke up 30m ago to two strong explosions. Acc to the operational HQ, there's no damage or destruction. There were no casualties. Footage of flashes in the sky has already appeared on social networks..." - Belgorod governor t.me/vvgladkov/339
