Hi, I’m the founder of VirtualCFO.io. I work with 10-15 clients as a hands on Fractional CFO, who is highly vested in my clients long term success. I want to partner with driven people to help them get to their desired outcomes.

🧵on who, what, when, where, and how:
1/ I'm a CPA by trade, but entrepreneur by heart. I spent my first 10 years in public accounting.

The next 10 years I founded, grew, and exited Tower Fund Services, a fund administration firm that serviced hedge, private equity, VC, RE, direct lending, and crypto funds.
2/ I wore many hats at Tower and honed my skills. I worked on marketing, sales, fulfillment, technology, HR, and finance.

I grew that business to several million in ARR and had systems in place that allowed the business to function without my day to day interaction.
3/ I was not looking to exit, but a strategic buyer was persistent, and we eventually agreed on a deal.

That deal was a masterclass on SMB M&A for me. Terms, financing, negotiating, legal aspects, transitioning owners, staff buy in, merging cultures, and so much more.
4/ After that exit I wanted to take a break from running an organization, but I love the game of business and need to be involved!

I launched VirtualCFO.io b/c I wanted to use my skills to deliver insane value and be a solopreneur.
5/ I see a need for Fractional CFOs on #SMBTwitter.
So many young (and middle age) people are hungry to do big things!

Many of them are super savvy with marketing, tech, deal making, etc. and can use the help a financial expert. I want to work with them!
6/ Others are financial experts themselves but they are too busy to focus on it!

I would love to take that off your plate! I'll review the data and deliver only the pertinent info so that you can keep the snowball rolling.
7/ Also, to all the searchers, it can be a lonely process. Especially once you close. Day 1, you will be the CEO getting hammered with 100s of decisions in your first 90 days.

I’d love to be your partner going into those few months to help you smooth out the process.
8/ I help my clients increase revenue, profit, and cash flow.

We do this by setting goals, financial targets, creating budgets, updating forecasts, measuring KPIs and writing down action steps.
9/ Generally we have monthly or bi-monthly Zoom meetings but my service is flexible and can be customized to each clients needs.

I pride my service on speed. Good entrepreneurs move fast and so do I.
10/ The ideal client will be $500,000 to $10,000,000 in revenue that wants to grow, increase profitability, systematize their business, and needs a financial expert to help them.
11/ I’m also available via DM if you want to bounce any questions off of me.

I’m totally cool with offering some free help to people who are looking to improve themselves!
