Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis

Over 95 percent of today’s thyroid disorders, including Hashimoto’s, stem from a viral infection. (The other 5 percent come from radiation.) That virus is Epstein-Barr (EBV).

After a long incubation period—typically in the liver—EBV.. [1/4]
..begins its journey to the thyroid, and then enters into the tissue there.

Over time, the viral load will weaken the thyroid, making it less effective at producing the hormones the body relies upon. [2/4]
As time passes, in many people the EBV will also slowly inflame the thyroid, leading from a case of hypothyroidism to a case of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. [3/4]
This is not your body betraying you. Rather, your immune system is going after a real intruder and working hard to protect you. [4/4]

[Advanced Information] The flu & COVID

The flu and COVID are manufactured viruses. They’ve been raised in labs, experimented with, tested with, and fed foods to stay alive. 🧵👇[1/5]
COVID and the flu virus compete with each other (although not with herpetic viruses) inside the body.

If someone with COVID also contracts a bad flu strain, COVID will increase its strength to battle the flu for survival. [2/5]
The two viruses attach themselves to each other until one of them slowly breaks down and destroys the other.

A preventative measure that may be helpful is to eliminate certain foods that can possibly feed the flu or COVID. The leading food is eggs. [3/5]

If all mainstream beliefs are 'right', then why are we not healing?

Look around you in society, many are getting chronically ill & this group is only growing.

Clearly there are many unhealthy habits we have that play a significant role.[1/4]
We think foods or products are healthy because of vitamin 'x', the amount of protein, & are unaware of the negatives(we even ignore them!).

We build an emotional connection to some unhealthy foods & will defend it to death! [2/4]
A lot of the information I post goes against the majority belief. The advanced information VS 'main stream' belief is the gap between healing & getting sick(er). [3/4]

Adrenal Fatigue Epidemic

Over 80% of us will experience adrenal fatigue multiple times over our lives. It’s an epidemic that most people have no idea exists.
🧵👇 [1/4]
The Stress Response

The innate intelligence of our bodies means that the adrenals know to produce higher amounts of critical hormones like adrenaline when we are under stress or having highly charged emotional experiences. [2/4]
These hormones give us the ability to get through the challenges we face as a short-lived survival mechanism. However, if the stress is sustained for a longer period than we were designed to cope with, the adrenal glands will eventually become damaged.. [3/4]

High fat, glucose & Insulin resistance

> Glucose brings nutrients to our cells
> Insulin is a hormone that moves glucose from your blood into the cells for energy and storage
> High fat (diet) in the blood blocks this process (makes it less efficient as it comes in between) Image
= Insulin resistance may occur
= Pancreas need to excrete more insulin
High fat diet

- Your liver has to shoulder the burden of processing the fat you eat, so a high-fat diet can make the liver sluggish and unable to store and release glucose as it should.
- Excess fat burdens your pancreas because it needs to release enzymes to aid fat digestion.

True Cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (#CFS) / #ME

CFS—or whichever name for it speaks to you—is neurological fatigue from an ongoing and chronic Stage Four Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection.
🧵👇 [1/4]
Any of the over 60 varieties of Epstein-Barr virus, accompanied by toxic heavy metals such as mercury and aluminum, create viral neurotoxins that inflame and drain the central nervous system, creating an exhaustion that’s far more pronounced and limiting than simply being tired.
In its more aggressive forms, the neurotoxins cause a mild encephalitis (which is undetectable by MRI or CT scan), which creates even heavier fatigue.
