🎙️ It's press conference day ahead of Thursday's @EuropaLeague semi-final at Ibrox. #UEL

🎙️ GVB: Yesterday, we were all very shocked about the news of Jimmy. It was a hard day for all of us.

We are still in shock, we talked about him & shared our personal stories about Jimmy.

It was a really big game already, but we are even more determined now to make Jimmy proud.

🎙️ GVB: We still mourn and are down but the character, belief and determination of my players are there and we will do everything to reach the final.

We will be ready.

🎙️ GVB: We still have one final training session, At the moment I can't say if Roofe or Ramsey will make the squad tomorrow.

🎙️ GVB: We all have the same goal, to reach the final.

The fans will always be important for us at home, they are a big factor tomorrow. It will be a noisy night. It will be emotional and we will be ready when the whistle goes.

🎙️ GVB: Physically we have been good, we also have a great mental strength. We are there every game and will match our opponents and give everything.

🎙️ GVB: You have goals in your career as a player and a coach, you want to achieve great things. You dream of leading your team to finals.

We are one step away from reaching the final.

🎙️ GVB: I'm not thinking on personal goals, I am thinking of being successful with this club.

We will hopefully be joining a very elite group at this club in reaching a European final with this beautiful club.

🎙️ GVB: We have watched a lot of Leipzig's matches, they will do everything they can to win tomorrow and we have to prepare everything possible.

It is a tough opponent but we will do everything we can to reach the final.

James Tavernier has arrived to speak to the media.

🎙️ JT: It is obviously a devasting time for the club and everyone that knew Jimmy. It was really difficult to take.

I know Jimmy wouldn't want the fuss, he would want us to roll our socks up and get stuck in.

🎙️ JT: Everyone will be ready to go from the first whistle. To do it for the club, for the fans and for Jimmy.

I loved Jimmy to bits, he was one of the first people I met at the club. I asked him for the number two and he gave me stick for asking him.

🎙️ JT: It personally means a lot to me in a European semi-final, it has been some journey. We have always wanted to improve every year from the board to the players.

It would be an unbelievable achievement if we could reach the final.

🎙️ JT: There will always be a few nerves, but we are playing at home with our fans. We know the fans will be right behind us, this is what we want and what we need.

We will give everything and leave no regrets on that pitch.

🎙️ JT: I hope our atmosphere has an impact, we have seen really good teams come to Ibrox and struggle. We have to give everything as a team to get the result, we know they will be a real threat.

🎙️ JT: Jimmy would make me wear the same armband if we had won, unless it got too dirty we would come to an agreement!

There are so many small details with Jimmy, before every game he would put my captain's armband on. I will do everything in my power to make him proud

🎙️ JT: We want to reach the final, we will do everything possible to make the club and the fans proud.
