@PizzaHutIN@pizzahut In the current digital world, a pizzeria can guarantee "30m deliver or free" but cannot guarantee a time frame for refund due to lapse/deficiency of service. Last time I heard of 1 week to even initiate a refund is when India had 512kbps internet. #pizzahut
@dhruvanism What is your view sir? Isn't this a deficiency of service? Pizza was ordered last Friday and no delivery happened. Now the store promised cancellation and refund but all I get is "Cannot commit to timeline" on refund.
