BEN SHAPIRO THREAD: A lot of young people my age watch @BenShapiro videos for their political news. This is a problem. Ben has mastered the era of click-bait social media. But Ben is a purveyor of hate speech, misinformation, and is an incredibly dangerous political voice ……

I have a few questions for @BenShapiro.
1. I’m Jewish, and I can’t understand how you — as a Jew — can support Donald Trump — a man who watched a violent neo-nazi rally at Charlottseville, only to claim there was “very fine people” on “both sides?”

2. How can you, @benshapiro, support a political party that is currently banning history books and encouraging teachers to teach “both sides” of the Holocaust? A party that hosts Marjorie Taylor Greene to speak at Nazi conventions? Does your Jewish ancestry mean nothing to you?

3. You, @benshapiro, claimed that transgenderism is a “mental illness”, and have spread the lie that schools are indoctrinating students with “radical ideas” about gender and sex. I go to UCLA, the same school you went to, and not a single class has discussed gender/sexuality…

If someone doesn’t agree with your view of the world, does that qualify them as having a mental illness? Why does a married man like yourself, care so much about other people’s private relationships, @benshapiro? Or what pronouns people prefer to be called by? Why so much anger?

3. You just recently urged SCOTUS to overturn gay marriage. Again, you claim the left is “intolerant” and “hates free speech” yet you espouse that gay Americans should have inferior rights. Again, I ask, what has made you, @benshapiro, so vengeful against the LGBTQ community?

4. You have a YouTube series called “Woke TikToks,” but really it’s a giant platform for you, @benshapiro, to degrade and make fun of transgender people — people who you claim have a mental illness; which I should add, is in a similar vein to Hitler’s Social Darwinism…

You are brainwashing the youth into believing transgender people have a mental illness. Furthermore, if you actually thought this to be true, how could you, @benshapiro, possibly sleep at night knowing you make your entire living off mocking the “mentally ill?” I guess…

That’s what I’d expect from a guy who supported Donald Trump — a man who mocked a disabled reporter in 2016.
5. You, @benshapiro, claim big government doesn’t have the constitutional right to interfere with personal health decisions when it comes to Covid. But now…

You are advocating for big government to interfere with women’s personal health decisions when it comes to abortion, via your loud opposition to Roe V Wade. How do you rationalize such blatant hypocrisy? How do you justify Big Government’s say in women’s reproductive rights?

6. @BenShapiro, You have a major platform and you’ve used it to spread disinformation and divisive ideology. As a fellow Jew, you disappoint me. As a fellow UCLA Bruin, you disappoint me. As a fellow American, you disappoint me. And as a fellow human, you really disappoint me.

You incite hatred on your platform, you promote sexual and gender discrimination, and you condemn those with opposing viewpoints while masquerading as an advocate for freedom of speech. Like the former President, @BenShaprio is a walking hypocrite with radical talking points…
