شور مچایا ہوا تھا الیکشن کمیشن نے کہ بس جی آج آیا فیصلہ فارنگ فنڈنگ پر کل آیا بس آیا کیونکہ کیس صرف عمران خان کے خلاف تھا۔۔

جب عدالت نے کہا کہ سب کی فارن فنڈنگ کا کیس سنو تو اس دن کے بعد ایک خبر تک نہیں آئی ۔۔

مسجد نبوی کی توہین کا پلانٹڈ ڈرامہ ن لیگ نے کرا کے ملبہ پی ٹی آئی پر ڈال کر پورے ملک میں توہین کے مقدمات درج کر دیے ۔۔۔
مگر جب سعودیہ میں گرفتار سات بندوں کے نام پتہ چلے ان میں سے دو بندے عابد شیر علی کے کزن ہیں اور ان میں سے ایک میئر فیصل آباد کا امیدوار ہے ۔۔

جب یہ خبر زبان زد عام ہوئی تو تب سے سارا میڈیا سو گیا ہے ۔۔
کوی نہیں بتا رہا ان سات لوگوں کا تعلق کس جماعت سے ہے حکومت کیوں زور لگا رہی ہے ان دو بندوں کو چھڑانے کیلئے ۔۔۔

Attended the foreign funding and article 63-A hearing at the ECP today. “يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا قَوَّامِينَ بِالْقِسْطِ شُهَدَاءَ لِلَّهِ..

…وَلَوْ عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَوِ الْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْأَقْرَبِينَ إِن يَكُنْ غَنِيًّا أَوْ فَقِيرًا فَاللَّهُ أَوْلَىٰ بِهِمَا فَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا الْهَوَىٰ أَن تَعْدِلُوا وَإِن تَلْوُوا أَوْ تُعْرِضُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا”(النِسا :135)

“اے ایمان والو! انصاف پر قائم رہو اور خدا کے لئے سچی گواہی دو خواہ (اس میں) تمہارا یا تمہارےماں باپ اور رشتہ داروں کا نقصان ہی ہو۔ اگر کوئی امیر ہے یا فقیر تو خدا ان کا خیر خواہ ہے۔….

Yet another long thread on the démarche:”The SS-led imported government, in order to put a spin on “foreign interference/ foreign conspiracy” has issued the above NSC press release thereby concluding that although there was “foreign interference but there was no conspiracy”

In unnatural haste the following matters were left unanswered, incomplete conclusions and issuing such a statement from the NSC platform:
1. Which & how many “security agencies”, both military & civil have probed & NOT found evidence of conspiracy?

2. When and what date was such probe/s initiated and concluded by each agency?
3. Was matrix of meetings of diplomats with local politicians especially ratio of such meetings with opposition figures and PTI dissidents vs with government political leaders analysed ?

Long thread on “new” NSC communique ( English version and some questions): 1. Isn’t it a fact that the document is a formal communication by representative of the state of Pakistan in a foreign country containing details of a formal meeting?

2. Isnt it a fact that in the meeting and the document, vote of no confidence was specifically mentioned 7-8 times. That the meeting and the document links removal of government of Prime Minister Imran Khan as a condition of forgiving Pakistan for Ukraine ?

Doesn’t the document also threaten that in case Imran Khans government survives, it will result in diplomatic isolation and consequences for Pakistan ?
3. Didn’t NSC declare it as “interference in pakistan’s internal affairs?

PTI official statement on the 2nd NSC:
1- قومی سلامتی کمیٹی کے آج کے اجلاس کے اعلامیے نے ہمارے مؤقف پر مہرِ تصدیق ثبت کردی ہے کہ مراسلہ ایک حقیقت ہے اور اس حوالے سے چئرمین پاکستان تحریک انصاف عمران خان کا ایک ایک حرف سچ تھا۔

2- قومی سلامتی کمیٹی کے اعلامیے نے ثابت کر دیا کہ پاکستان کے اندرونی معاملات میں مداخلت کی گئی۔

3- قومی سلامتی کمیٹی کے گزشتہ اجلاس کی فیصلے کے نتیجے میں امریکہ کو دیا جانے والا احتجاجی مراسلہ باکل ٹھیک اور درست قدم تھا۔

اس کے بعد لازم ہے کہ معاملے کی تہہ تک پہنچنے کیلئے ایک بااختیار عدالتی کمیشن بلاتاخیر مقرر کیا جائے جو مندرجہ ذیل پہلوؤں سے معاملے کی تحقیق کرے اور حقیقت قوم کے سامنے لائے؛
