in full transparency, got the gig in late november, deadline of january 1st. that’s a month & a half for full preproduction (character designs, storyboards, layouts) production + compositing; all handled by myself & team of 4, w constant revisions. 1/2
as art director, i understand the short has flaws; but with the limited time and resources i am incredibly proud of the valiant effort my team and i did with this special, and I hope you can appreciate it too. thanks for the feedback, all of it.
