Look at your current life:
Do you remember your childhood? Your teenage years? Do you focus on it? Do you think it's important? Or does it not matter to you?
Are decisions, experiences, encouragement and trauma from these years still influencing you?
When we look at our childhood, it's obvious that certain events and people shaped our life, that they turned us into who we are. We would never say that childhood doesn't matter, right?
Your past lives are the "early years" of your soul!
Just like we ignore details when looking at our childhood and focus on important events and people, we should do the same with our past lives. Not everything is important, but some people, events and decisions have made us who we are today!
So exploring your past lives means exploring yourself.
I was surprised to see how many of my values, preferences, principles and interests suddenly made a lot more sense. And even who I am suddenly made more sense.
But it's not just about understanding yourself, it's also about healing and growing. And sometimes that means uncovering things in your past that you would rather not have known about.
Not only do you have to learn lessons, but you can also heal trauma.
Would I recommend this kind of exploration to everybody?
No! Depending on your expectations and your mental stability, I would not recommend it to everybody.
Do I think it's worth putting in the work?
Yes! I absolutely think it's can bring positive change!

I'm Sasha and I'm (nearly) 37 years old. I started experimenting with spirituality when I was 13, so a charming 24 years ago. Of course, the beginnings were uneducated, intuitive, experimental, and sprinkled with failure. But that's just where the journey started.

Looking back it's interesting how early certain interests already existed, although I did not know how to act on them. I started with tarot cards because it seemed the easiest at the time and was easily available. (Magic was kind of "trendy" at the time").

Before wasting too much time with my early beginnings, let me jump ahead. I met a wonderful person, who told me she saw a lot of spiritual energy in me. We started talking about certain subjects and she basically jumpstarted my development.
