Let me break something down for everyone here, based on my findings of you, Ryan. What your role is in this, I don't know, but none of it looks good.

1) A non-profit organization called Every Kid Counts Oklahoma (EKCO) was created by another non-profit organization

called Scissortail Community Development - this was in 2011.

2) Scissortail Community Development is run by Rudy Alvarado (President) and Renee Alvarado Porter (VP and daughter of Rudy).

3) Dig deeper and you'll see that these people created

yet another "non profit" called "Choice Matters for Kids" (see pic).

4) Choice Matters for Kids is the group that began the whole "Parents Choice" movement in Oklahoma (a group I am a part of, btw).

Ryan Walters and Ruiz reached out to parents to push this movement

They would meet these parents inside their homes (2020) to build this coalition of angered parents, all while EKCO sat, just waiting for something to happen.

5) Then EKCO got "Inc" added to the end of it in 2016, around the time Renee Porter created Choice Matters for Kids

6) Then after 4 years go by, the "Parents' Choice" movement takes off, then EKCO is then "created"

If you see pic, they claim they were created in 2020, but that's not true - they were formed in 2011, updated in 2016, then "bam" - a website and Walters' face in 2020

7) Walters, having met with some parents in their homes, all of a sudden becomes the "Executive Director" of a company, essentially created by Renee Porter, who also works with the OCPA.

8) In that 6 month period, before becoming Secretary of Education, Walters

then reaches out to the 'highly questionable', Florida-based company ClassWallet (a company designed to manage school vouchers) and begins grooming them to OK

Within 6 months, Ryan Walters is "tapped" as the Secretary of Public Education and in comes ClassWallet immediately

9) Then, they do no due diligence, and despite Stitt announcing EKCO would handle the funds, they bypassed it and shipped $17 million over to ClassWallet via paper check and the rest turns into #WalletGate

This raises a lot of questions ....

Why was Walters, a nobody at the time, catapulted from being a teacher into a non-profit Executive Director and immediately tapped by Stitt to be his Secretary of Public Education?

Why was EKCO created a decade ago and then sit dormant until 6 months prior to being 9/x

puffed up into something that would handle disbursing millions of dollars to "parents"?

There are some shenanigans afoot, Ryan. You're either being used as a #usefulidiot or you're in on it.

You claim they're baseless claims but they aren't. A lot of questions here. 10/x

And last but not least -- why is Renee Porter continually showing up in things related to this debacle?

Is it just #darkmoney and accounting tricks to fool everyone into thinking these are #grassroots movements?

Why did he create an LLC? Is he trying to scrape money from it? Maybe use high-paid salaries as a way to convince him to be Stitt's Yes man?

But the name is under 'Upward Oklahoma', which is registered in Oklahoma with EKCO being the registrant.

And then when you look at other businesses that Brett Farley runs .... or rather, "runs," he also uses that same post office. (see 2nd pic)

Then I look at businesses associated with the post office and, wouldn't you know, there's Brett again (next tweet)

11 employees for Farley Enterprises - Oklahoma yet the address is a Post Office in Edmond.

Notice when it goes from 'inactive' to 'active'?

2020-01-04 > 2020-04-13 it became "active"

Then goes inactive again this year. Don't know how accurate this info is but ....

Farley Enterprises, around since 2007, goes inactive in 2018, then pops up as 'active' again, right when EKCO was puffed up into "something" and 17 million dollars gets thrown around, then once that's over, goes inactive again.

Why are none of Brett's companies successful? Why has he created tons of these things? Why is he DBA for EKCO?

Brett claims he "consulted with the US State Dept," in coordination with his Dad (a US Diplomat, tragically killed in Iraq in 2008) but doesn't say what he did exactly.

What is their end-game here? How are they all connected? Why are they connected?

Is this a money thing? Are they laundering money or skirting laws? Accounting tricks?

At this point, I cannot tell, but will update this thread as I learn more.

I would like to state that I do support the intent behind the Parents' Choice movement.

It appears that this tweet may come across suggesting that I don't support it but I do.

The parents behind this mean well and have fought hard for the position they've found. That is real.

I just called the OPSRC because they are actually housed at 309 NW 13th St, Suite #103 Oklahoma City, OK 73103, which is the same exact address as Every Kid Counts Oklahoma.

I asked if they shared their office with EKCO and they do not, so EKCO isn't even officed there.

But here, you can clearly see that they advertise their address at that same address yet do not actually 'exist'. Even their corp information, filed with the SoS, says they are from that address & Suite #.

When you call the number listed on the EKCO website, it takes you to a VM for Jenny Lynn McArthur with the OPSRC?

I couldn't tell 100% her name, but definitely introduced herself as being with OPSRC, despite that number being for EKCO.

Okay, so I actually found it - her name was "Jamila MacArthur" and here she is (see pic)

Teach for America (another shady org pushing charter schools) is where she started (which is same address, diff suite (102 v 103)

She worked for OPSRC until September 2019, which

So, if she left in Sept 2019, and she now works in Singapore, why is her voicemail being used as the answering service for #EKCO -- what in the world?

Update: the people in charge of these companies must be reading this thread because they have since changed the voicemail you get when you call EKCO.

I reached out to Jamila and let her know her name was pulled into all of this because of that VM. She appears to have absolutely nothing to do with this as she left OPSRC in 2019, before EKCO.

They are paying attention now, which means I'm onto something.

I'd like to add a follow-up. It has come to my attention that EKCO DOES have an office inside the OPSRC.

The person that answered the phone may not have understood me or what, but Ryan has an actual office in there and this has been verified.
