3/ The Siegel family is deeply rooted into Central Florida Politics. He even once claimed that it was because of HIS illegal actions that Bush won in 2000.
5/ Another company that likes to rename landmarks is Delaware North out of Buffalo, NY. In 2015, they sued because they weren't allowed to rename Yosemite Park. They run The Kennedy Space Center visitors complex.
7/ There's interesting connections in Cocoa Beach to all the corruption in Central Florida. Wade Vose of #VoseLaw is the city atty for Cocoa Beach. His firm received over a quarter million dollars from Joel Greenberg during Greenberg's epic crime spree.
8/ The Mayor of Cocoa Beach is a VP with SouthState bank(formerly CenterState Bank), which recently went through a multi-billion dollar merger to become the largest regional bank in the Southeast U.S., headquartered in Winter Garden.
11/ What is not widely known is David Siegel's daughter died from a drug overdose in 2015 which is when he became vocal about the opioid epidemic...which is ironic considering how much drug money gets laundered through casinos.
12/ Coincidence that Sheldon Adelson's "Clinic For Drug Abuse Treatment and Research" spent over a hundred million dollars on republican politics in 2020?
13/ David Siegel made waves when he threatened his company's employees to vote for Mitt Romney in 2012. That's probably extortion under Florida law, but those things aren't prosecuted here.
14/ Probably why DeSantis called Florida a "Citadel of Freedom" at CPAC in Orlando. Of course, CPAC is being held in Budapest, Hungary this year...which is Moscow's Eastern Europe hub for FSB operations.
"Come May 18th, (CPAC), for nearly 50 years the largest and most influential gathering of conservatives in the world, will assemble in Budapest, with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán as its keynote speaker."
I'm pretty fn sick of the corrupt politics in Florida. Casinos, bigotry, Disney, election fraud, Russia, Elon, insurrection...Mormons? That's right, Central Florida has it all.
@SwampTrash2045@houghkimm@JabariHosey@QuitYourBS2022 1/ Racism IS inherent in the law in the United States of America, despite the best efforts to correct it via Amendments and enforceable legislation. Of course you can't expect that a racist will accept this premise, but thats the point. The anti #CRT crowd IS in the government...
@SwampTrash2045@houghkimm@JabariHosey@QuitYourBS2022 2/ ...they are passing laws which reinforce inequity, whether that's via voter suppression, school privatization, or literal organized criminal activity in collusion with certain government officials. They've turned #CRT into this catch-all mis-defined label, the same way they...
@SwampTrash2045@houghkimm@JabariHosey@QuitYourBS2022 3/ ...did with the "n" word, the same way they Nazis did with the Jews. At it's heart, racism stems from a superiority complex that SOME depend on for comfort, impunity, etc., and will even go so far in their dishonesty as to call the reaction to it "racist". There's more...
Republican/Trump Supporters descended on Disney World April 16th to protest "Woke Disney" after Disney made the decision to end contributions to candidates who were advancing policies targeting the LGBTQ community.
