2/ Everything should be questioned: every decision, every plan, every operation.
Critical thinking has always made me doubt and question every decision that was made, whether it was right. It has never crossed the line but always helped me to keep insisting on my point of view.
3/ Unit management always has risks. There are no safe operations at war. Important to realize if every risk was taken into account and if you worked through plan B. If you've done your best in executing the plan, meant to achieve the goals, and save the lives of the personnel.
4/ Maybe that's why war is an art and not a science. When you reached the goal and didn't lose your personnel β that's the highest level of command and control. Especially, when your decision is approved by senior management.
Glory to Ukraine.
5/ The defenders of Mariupol carried out the command, despite all the difficulties. Resisted the overwhelming forces of the enemy for 82 days and allowed the Ukrainian army to regroup, train more personnel and receive a large number of weapons from partner countries.
6/ No weapons will work without professional servicemen, making them the most valuable in the army. In order to save lives, the entire Mariupol garrison is implementing the approved decision of the Supreme Military Command and hopes for the support of the Ukrainian people.
