For example:
You can have "said something stupid", be clumsy, fear of failure, injustice, feel guilty, didn't understand something, you make a mistake (at school, children are very sensitive to that), be humiliated, called names, accusations, abuse, dis-ease or injury,

retirement, loss of status, getting older.

Failure & poor performance.
This can be intellectual, artistic or athletic.

The way we see & speak to ourselves (“I am a failure”, “I will never succeed”) create mental predispositions for generalized self-devaluation conflicts.

CA = Conflict-Active Phase
PCL = Healing Phase

CA:
Cell loss -> "Necrosis" -> tiny holes
No physical complaints, but weaker & more tired

PCL:
Tissue is made stronger, PAIN. Afterwards it is stronger than before. This is to better cope with such a conflict in the future.

Vorig jaar vroeg ik Stichting-NICE of er wekelijkse/maandelijkse Intensive Care data was om te vergelijken met vorige jaren. Konden ze me niet geven. Slechts 1x per jaar wordt er een totaal rapport gemaakt. Deze data kwam afgelopen week online. Hier een deel van de data.

Last year I asked Stichting-NICE if they had weekly/monthly Intensive Care data to compare with other years. They couldn't give me any. Only once a year they have a full rapport ready. The data finally came online last week. Here I will present some of the data.

We are all so afraid of death that we,

- Drink copious amounts of alcohol

- Eat massive amounts of ultra processed foods

- Sit hours on chairs, sofas or lie in bed

- Swallow piles of pills and other chemicals

- Avoid sun exposure & block it with chemical creams

- Feed ourselves mindnumbing entertainment every day.

- Smoke packages of cigarettes, laced with cancer causing chemicals.

- Look at blue-light, EMF radiating devices for a big chunk of the day.

So that death may take us sooner.
