U.S. HHS Cover Letter to proposed amendments, “reiterating the critical importance of strengthening the IHR,” 18 Jan 2022. Tedros 20 Jan response, welcoming it with “honour” and assuring WHO members of Tedros “highest consideration.” WHO Members will tackle it at WHO Assembly.

More TEETH. The old version of the WHO International Health Regulations (IHR) included 36 “shall” statements. If the U.S. amendments are accepted as proposed, that number more than doubles to 80 “shall” statements, incl some “may” statements changed to “shall” statements.

New Compliance Committee section has many impactful provisions, even formalizing the practice of the WHO Director-General to bring in entities such as “United Nations and its specialized agencies” and “nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) in official relations with WHO.”

It took FOIA, but Pfizer bio distribution data now confirmed in the hands of two countries. Observations:
🔸Sameness of values implies it must be Pfizer’s official data & position
🔸Highly likely other countries have the data
🔸Data from early 2021

My most important thread. The Act by Ron Johnson (R-WI) & 16 senate colleagues is CRITIALLY IMPORTANT. It must pass. Without it, the Biden admin has a clear path to adopt us against our will into the upcoming Pandemic Accord & strict IHR’s, legally binding.

By U.S. Constitution, Senate Powers & Procedures require 2/3 Senate vote to adopt int’l TREATY. But WHO was clever, naming it Pandemic “ACCORD.” As result it can be unilaterally adopted by president as binding via “executive agreement.” A clear path.

🔹97% of votes have been “YES.”
🔸12 of 14 events (86%) completely unopposed.
🔹75% of members voted YES 100% of the time.
🔸Collectively, ZERO “NO” VOTES for EUA vax to kids.

Nov 1: Pfizer Q3 Earn Call. Paxlovid now a money powerhouse, bringing $7.5 billion in one quarter. Comirnaty COVID vax down 65%, but sales up 83% in U.S. (think about that). Combined, the two COVID products provided 52.6% of all Pfizer revenue in Q3. A high-profit pandemic.
