Johnny Depp v Amber Heard has concluded for the week of 5/16-5/19 2022.

Court will resume 5/23/16 w/ the remainder of Ms. Heard's case. This will be followed by Mr. Depp's request for Summary Judgement on the counterclaim. Judge Azcarate will likely not dismiss the counterclaim.

Johnny Depp then will begin his Rebuttal case. The trial is scheduled to conclude w/ closing arguments 5/27/22. It's unknown what time the jury will begin deliberations or if they will have a verdict prior to the Memorial Day weekend. It may be early June before we have a verdict

Judge Azcarate has allowed both Johnny Depp & Amber Heard an equal amount of time to present their cases, once time is up, they are finished, no exceptions.

Johnny Depp has 18 hours 30 minutes remaining.
Amber Heard has 8 hours 14 minutes remaining.

With each day of Amber Heard's defense against Johnny Depo's claim & argument in support of her counterclaim, it becomes increasingly evident just how pathetic her case truly is and how little she found in her discovery fishing expedition.

Court started today approximately 30 minutes late because a juror was running late.

Since today's testimony is overall unimpressive, helping Mr. Depp more at times than Ms. Heard, I'm just going to highlight the testimony. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

The first witness today was Bruce Witkin. Mr. Witkin knew Mr. Depp since Florida, were in the band, The Kids together, and have worked together consistently over the years. Mr. Witkin was also M. Depp's brother-in-law, when he was married to Lori-Anne Allison.

Mr. Witkin are no longer friends as of 4 years ago; Mr. Witkin was a party in the TMG/Bloom lawsuits & according to Mr. Witkin, Mr. Depp expressed feeling betrayed by him, in his deposition testimony.

Mr. Witkin says Mr. Depp's used alcohol & drugs over the time he knew him.

Mr. Witkin says he's seen Mr. Depp use Cocaine a handful of times, mostly during his relationship with Ms. Heard; that he "hated" Cocaine in the decades prior.

Mr. Witkin says Mr. Depp isn't a forgetful person, whether sober or using alcohol/drugs.

Mr. Witkin says Mr. Depp was sober during the filming of The Lone Ranger, was focused on his work.

Mr. Witkin says he was concerned at times, esp. in the years Mr. Depp was with Ms. Heard, about his alcohol & drug consumption.

Mr. Witkin says he believes Dr. Kipper is a "scam."

Mr. Witkin says he does [not trust Dr. Kipper]. He says both Johnny Depp & Amber Heard were "like zombies," during Dr. Kipper's treatment of the couple.

Mr. Witkin says Mr. Depp is "romantic," intense in relationships," & can be jealous at times.

Mr. Witkin says he encouraged Mr. Depp to get sober & to get therapy.

Mr. Witkin said he noticed a bruise on Ms. Heard's arm around 3/23/13, similar to the photo, but doesn't know how she got the injury. He couldn't verify it was the same as in this evidence photo.

Mr. Witkin says he noticed Mr. Depp had a "fat lip" during a rehearsal in 2016.

Mr. Witkin says Mr. Depp didn't believe in Alcoholics Anonymous' (AA) methods, nor does he believe in a "higher power."

Mr. Witkin says Mr. Depp's demeanor does not change on alcohol/drugs.

Mr. Witkin says he was aware, as Mr. Depp had spoken to him about his financial issues in December 2015.

Mr. Witkin says Christi Dembrowski was always worried about Mr. Depp's wellbeing.

Mr. Witkin says he has never seen Mr. Depp be violent to anyone.

The next witness of the day was Tracy Jacobs, Mr. Depp's former talent agent, whom he fired in Oct. 2017, b/c she was connected to the nefarious management of Mr. Depp's finances at The Management Group (TMG).

Ms. Jacobs says Mr. Depp wasn't easy to work w/ in the past 10 years.

Ms. Jacobs says Mr. Depp exhibited "unprofessional behavior," being late to set & it made people reluctant to hire him. She says his alcohol/drug use was also a contributing factor to people's reluctance to work with Mr. Depp.

Ms. Jacobs says she referred Mr. Depp to Dr. Kipper.

Ms. Jacobs says Mr. Depp "romanticizes drugs."

Ms. Jacobs says Mr. Depp has issues with anger that increasingly got worse over time. She also says he lacks patience.

Ms. Jacobs says Mr. Depp uses earpieces to have lines fed to him.

Ms. Jacobs says Mr. Depp's reputation is diminished & the lawsuits he has filed, been involved with since 2016 haven't helped.

Ms. Jacobs says she's never witnessed Mr. Depp being violent to anyone. She says no other woman, other than Ms. Heard has claimed he is abusive.

Ms. Jacobs says she's never seen Ms. Heard injured.

The next witness was Joel Mandel. Joel Mandel & his brother Robert Mandel run The Management Group (TMG). Johnny Depp sued them, and they settled with Mr. Depp prior to trial. They began representing Mr. Depp in 1999.

Mr. Mandel says Christi Dembrowski was the "gate keeper" and communications with Mr. Depp primarily went through her.

Mr. Mandel says Mr. Depp's alcohol & drug use increased around 2010, & he began to exhibit more "erratic" behavior.

Mr. Mandel says by 2013 Mr. Depp's career was in decline and most of his films were not well received.

Mr. Mandel says Dr. Kipper's monthly fee was $100K.

Mr. Mandel says Mr. Depp became "disproportionately upset" at times, less predictable, angry, less filtered.

Mr. Mandel says Mr. Depp fee for staff was $300K per month.

Mr. Mandel says Mr. Depp gave a nominal amount to charity, but more often gave of his time and name to philanthropic endeavors.

Mr. Mandel says Mr. Depp was paying some months "thousands of dollars" for prescriptions.

Mr. Mandel says on occasion they managed payment for property damage to hotels, rental homes, etc.

Mr. Mandel says TMG was fired in March 2016; Edward L. White took over.

Mr. Mandel says he & his brother, TMG didn't steal or take fees nefariously, or engage in illegal use...

This isn't the truth.

(1) Mr. Depp accepted TMG's settlement offer, so clearly, since they didn't want a trial, something nefarious took place.

🤣Just a side of humor...Elaine Bredehoft cannot remember to turn on her microphone and Judge Azcarate must continually remind her to do so. As the week progressed Judge Azcarate seemed more and more annoyed with her.

The next witness was Adam Waldman, Mr. Depp attorney since October 2016, and a man deeply missed by the Depp support community, since Twitter permanently banned his account @adam_waldman for disseminating the evidence of Amber Heard's malicious hoax, false allegations, & abuse.

Essentially, the majority of the testimony was Elaine Bredehoft asking a question, Mr. Chew objecting based on attorney-client privilege/attorney work product & Mr. Waldman saying, "I accept the instruction."

Amber Heard cannot prove her counterclaim.🤣

Mr. Waldman says he has represented Mr. Depp in multiple lawsuits since 2016, against Rob Mandel, Joel Mandel, The Management Group (TMG), Jacob Bloom, Alan Hergott, Bloom Hergott Diemer Rosenthal LaViolette Feldman Schenkman & Goodman, LLP.

Mr. Depp received sizeable settlements from both TMG & Bloom.

Mr. Waldman says he represented Mr. Depp in the US defamation lawsuit against Amber Heard from March 1, 2019, until October 2020.

Mr. Waldman says he spoke to witnesses in the US case.

Mr. Waldman says he was present for some of Stephen Roddrick's interview with Mr. Depp, that Mr. Depp initially, then he himself, spoke to Rolling Stone about doing an interview.

Mr. Waldman & Mr. Depp both vehemently deny Mr. Roddrick's claims in the article.

At the time of the Rolling Stone interview & publication in June 2018, it is important to note Amber Heard was dating Vito Schnabel, Theo Wenner's best friend, who is the son of Jann Wenner (Rolling Stone). The article was a smear of lies designed to harm Mr. Depp.

Mr. Waldman acknowledges he had a Twitter account, that was permanently suspended. He says Twitter refused his appeal and wouldn't explain why his account was suspended. He says, he doesn't currently have a Twitter account.

His testimony getting this info in surely didn't assist Ms. Heard. Now the jury is aware.

The next witness was LAPD officer Marie Sandanaga. She is the Domestic Violence Coordinator for the LAPD & has been an LAPD officer for 17 years.

🤣First Ms. Heard subpoenas the LAPD & gets the bodycam footage that proves her 5/21/16 claims are false, then she calls this witness

In summation Officer Sandanaga confirms that the LAPD officers, the night of 5/21/16 followed procedure, that unless the officer's see visible signs of an injury, a struggle or property damage, they don't have to fill out the supplemental forms.

All this did was benefit Mr. Depp

🤣Worst expert witness of the day goes to Ronald Schnell...seriously this man's testimony was flawed & utterly worthless.

All his testimony indicated is that millions of people on social media have dissected evidence & support Johnny Depp.

In no way was Mr. Schnell able to correlate social media responses to Adam Waldman's statements in Ms. Heard's counterclaim. Epic fail for Team Heard.

In his research, Mr. Schnell looked at #Waldmignon. He attempted to correlate the negativity of this hashtag to Adam Waldman's statements in Ms. Heard's counterclaim.

🤣He was unaware it was actually Amber Heard's drunk Tweeting that started the hashtag, not Mr. Waldman.

🤣Mr. Schnell also then agreed with Mr. Depp's expert Doug Bania. He also admitted he didn't take into account other factors like negative media reports, how wide the articles with Mr. Waldman's statements reached or other negative opinions, like the UK trial publicity.

The next witness was Michelle Mulrooney, an attorney previously for Amber Heard.

All this testimony does is indicate that Dana Lowry on behalf of Mr. Depp & Ms. Mulrooney discussed a prenuptial/postnuptial agreement. No agreement was drafted, as Ms. Heard claimed, so again a lie

Ms. Mulrooney mentions one phone call allegedly Mr. Depp made to her, in which she claims he was "very mean, called her names (B*tch) & fired her on behalf of Ms. Heard; she admits Mr. Depp didn't have the authority to fire her.

The next witness was Tina Newman, a production executive & Disney Corporate Designee.

Ms. Newman says none of the documents produced mention Amber Heard's 12/18/18 Washington Post Op-Ed.

🤣$300M & the Alpacas were mentioned. Ms. Newman confirmed not a payment option.

The next witness was Ellen Barkin.

Ms. Barkin says she met & was friends with Mr. Depp starting in 1990; they remained friends for approximately 10 years.

Ms. Barkin claims she & Mr. Depp had a "sexual" relationship in 1994 that lasted 3-6 months.

Ms. Barkin claims Mr. Depp was drunk & high the entire time. She says he consumed red wine, hallucinogenic drugs, Cocaine, & Marijuana. She says his demeanor didn't change when he was using drugs and consuming alcohol. She says he wasn't violent.

Ms. Barkin mentions an incident at a Las Vegas hotel, in which Mr. Depp threw a bottle, tossed a bottle across the room, it didn't hit anyone, didn't injure anyone.

Mr. Depp testified in the UK stating Ms. Barkin wanted a relationship with him & he rejected her; she's bitter.

The next witness was Alan Blaustein, Mr. Depp's psychiatrist from 10/2/14-1/8/15.

🙄Mr. Blaustein couldn't even read his own handwritten notes and seemed to not recall much. Truly, his testimony was a WTF moment.

Mr. Blaustein says Mr. Depp acknowledged using alcohol, marijuana and opiates.

Mr. Blaustein says he & Mr. Depp discussed anxiety, bipolar, but he has never seen a diagnosis of these.

Mr. Blaustein says Mr. Depp expressed anger towards Ms. Heard.

Elon Musk currently sits on the Board of Directors of Ari Emmanuel's WME.

Ms. Kovacevic says Ms. Heard's had a successful career prior to the lawsuit.

Ms. Kovacevic never witnessed any violence by either Mr. Depp or Ms. Heard.
