THREAD: My Professor at UCLA asked the class today if we had seen the new "documentary" called "2000 Mules" by the "filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza." This is the same professor who just 2 weeks ago, said the worst part about the Roe V Wade opinion was the fact that it was "leaked."
I raised my hand, once again, and said: "2000 Mules is a debunked right-wing propaganda film, not a documentary. And Dinesh D'Souza is not a filmmaker, he's a conspiracy theorist."
Then Professor said: "How do you know it's a conspiracy? Did you even watch it?"
To which I responded: "I don't have to watch it. It's been debunked by every fact-checker and banned by mainstream media and all streamers."
And the Professor said: "How can you call it a conspiracy if you never watched it? You should watch it first, then decide for yourself."
Then I said: "I'm not going to watch a conspiracy theory made by a convicted felon who was pardoned by Trump, who then made a film based on the false premise that the 2020 election was stolen.
She had the final word, where she said: "I didn't know he was a convicted felon."
I left the class very angry. I find it incredibly irresponsible for a professor to suggest that we should "judge it for ourselves" -- what about the students who are just getting introduced to politics? What if they went home and watched "2000 mules" and believed it to be true?
I, personally, am not opposed to hearing a more Conservative point of view from a Professor, but this professor went beyond politics. This crossed a moral line for me. To even bring up a "film" that undermines our election system and de-legitimatizes American democracy, is wrong.
Moreover, it's factually incorrect for a Professor to pass it off as a "documentary about ballot harvesting" to students in an academic environment. This is what I would call "indoctrination."
I'm posting my rant on here to share with everyone that the "big lie" is still...
Poisoning the minds of many Americans. Including Professors at a supposed "liberal school" like UCLA. Donald Trump and the Republicans created a cancer -- as @donwinslow once accurately referred to it as -- a dangerous conspiracy that the election system is "rigged."
In closing,
I hope that by speaking out, I can encourage other people my age -- or at any age -- to call out a lie when you see one. It was uncomfortable to politically confront my teacher. But I know that if we remain silent, we let the bad guys win. So don't stay silent. Stay loud.

Same Professor as before. I’m sharing this to let you all know that we have not rooted-out the big lie. Nor have we defeated Trumpism. Trump is gone. But his anti-Democratic ideology has spread across this country like a virus. Also, please make sure you vote in every election.
THREAD: Jim Morrison of The Doors once wrote, “Whoever controls the media, controls the mind.”
In the current US political sphere, there are only 3 major news outlets: Fox News, CNN, and MSNBC. But which political party does the tripartite media benefit?
The GOP has Fox News; a network that dedicates the entirety of its program to attacking Joe Biden’s “cognitive abilities,” spreading Hunter Biden conspiracies, and defaming Hillary Clinton. It also happens to be the top-watched cable channel in America.
In other words, the most popular MSM outlet is a far-right propaganda machine with a sole objective of ensuring Republicans remain in power.
Democrats, on the other hand, have CNN; a channel that spends the better half of its slotted time sabotaging Joe Biden’s presidency.
BEN SHAPIRO THREAD: A lot of young people my age watch @BenShapiro videos for their political news. This is a problem. Ben has mastered the era of click-bait social media. But Ben is a purveyor of hate speech, misinformation, and is an incredibly dangerous political voice ……
I have a few questions for @BenShapiro. 1. I’m Jewish, and I can’t understand how you — as a Jew — can support Donald Trump — a man who watched a violent neo-nazi rally at Charlottseville, only to claim there was “very fine people” on “both sides?”
2. How can you, @benshapiro, support a political party that is currently banning history books and encouraging teachers to teach “both sides” of the Holocaust? A party that hosts Marjorie Taylor Greene to speak at Nazi conventions? Does your Jewish ancestry mean nothing to you?
THREAD: Lauren Boebert just announced that she has “written” a book. I doubt it. Lauren dropped out of high school, and the GOP had to purchase her GED for her. What’s the book about? Well, Lauren says the book is a tale about her “commitment to America.”
Quick reminder:
Lauren coordinated a terrorist attack on the US Capitol. She tweeted Pelosi’s location to a mob of MAGA rioters. She gave recon tours before J6. And she called the attempted-overthrow of Democracy “1776.” Lauren then goes on to say the book is about “personal perseverance”
but …
Lauren used campaign funds to pay her rent & utilities bill. That’s not “perseverance” — that’s theft. It’s also a violation of FEC laws. Lauren then goes on to say the book is about her “incredible blessings.” By “blessings” I assume she means her husband, Jayson Boebert…
THREAD: My professor at UCLA told our class that the "worst" part of the SCOTUS "story" was the fact that someone "leaked the draft opinion."
I raised my hand & told her the worst part was that Women's rights are being taken away & that the person who leaked the draft is a hero.
Then she responded by saying "A hero? That individual undermined the integrity and the institution of the court." To which I responded: "The court lost its integrity when the wife of the SCOTUS justice Thomas texted Mark Meadows a plan on how to unlawfully overturn the election."
Then she said "Let's not get into that 'political gossip.'"
To which I said: "It's not 'political gossip', it's a documented text from Clarence Thomas' wife ranting about a "left-wing heist", even though the election wasn't stolen. The court lost its integrity a long time ago."
