Court has concluded for 5/23/22.

Mr. Depp may or may not be a witness, the last in Amber Heard's case, tomorrow morning. According to Ms. Bredehoft, they haven't made a decision yet on whether to call him in the morning or rest their case. IMHO It would be a mistake to call him

At the conclusion of the testimony, keeping in mind each litigant has the same amount of time, here are the times that remain for each party.

Johnny Depp's used 45 hours 24 mins & has 15 hours 51 mins remaining.

Amber Heard's used 57 hours 6 mins & has 4 hours 9 mins remaining.

I'm not going to write a lengthy thread because Amber Heard's expert witnesses of the day were incompetent and quite frankly the jury was disinterested overall in their testimony & Johnny Depp's legal team on cross-examination did well.

I'm just going to highlight some things from today that are pertinent.

Dr. Richard Moore was a hand surgeon, specialist. He testified Mr. Depp's injury was a "crush" injury & in his expert opinion couldn't have been damaged by the shattering of a Vodka bottle.

Dr. Moore says Mr. Depp's cast is a plaster cast, not a soft cast, based on the photos shown in court.

Dr. Moore was caught on cross-examination using the incorrect positioning of Mr. Depp's hand in his testimony.

Dr. Moore says he has no personal knowledge of how Mr. Depp's finger was severed.

Dr. Moore says he cannot rule out a bottle shattering was the cause of Mr. Depp's finger being severed, but believes it is unlikely.

Dr. Moore admits he did not do an accident reconstruction when determining his findings. Given the way he was asked, it is likely Mr. Depp's expert has done an accident reconstruction we will see on rebuttal.

Dr. David Spiegel is a psychiatrist. He essentially ended up being a female Dr. Hughes, testifying similarly. Just like with Dr. Hughes, everything he stated could be, based on the evidence attributed to Amber Heard.

Dr. Spiegel spoke about Mr. Depp's alcohol use, substance use, and stated he has a substance abuse disorder in his expert opinion. Never once did he speak of the fact, the evidence shows Amber Heard is an alcoholic, abuses prescription/illegal drugs.

Dr. Spiegel says Mr. Depp use of alcohol, prescription medications, & illegal drugs correlate with him being the perpetrator of abuse. He also testified Mr. Depp is a narcissist.

Even though Mr. Depp scored a 27 out of 30 on mental state test, he still says Mr. Depp has a...

diminished mental state. He attributes this to him missing 3 words he couldn't recall 5 minutes later, thus 3 he got wrong. He says his lines being fed through an earpiece illustrate this at all, even if music is played most the time, and only last-minute rewrites were...

Apparently, someone from Team Heard told him the ice cream photo showed him covered in vomit, not ice cream...just another lie. I won't post the photo out of respect for Mr. Depp.

Mr. Spiegel also said all the photos of Mr. Depp sleeping are definite indications he was drunk or on drugs, thus blacked out. In other words, it couldn't just be he was sleeping.

alcohol, as well as Ms. Heard's claims, similarly to Dr. Hughes. I won't list them all as his testimony was not based on facts in the case or evidence.

Mr. Spiegel listed some of Mr. Depp's prescribed medications twisting them, when he's never even met with him, so it would...

fit his IPV testimony.

Mr. Spiegel defined "gaslighting" incorrectly.

Mr. Spiegel stated Mr. Depp did not agree to his two invites to sit with him because he wasn't required to site for an IME by the court.

Mr. Spiegel on cross-examination contradicted his own testimony multiple times and became aggressively agitated.

Mr. Spiegel used Captain Jack Sparrow among other things to create a baseline for Mr. Depp, something utterly ridiculous as a baseline.

In Mr. Spiegel's deposition he called Mr. Depp an idiot, which is unprofessional.

Mr. Spiegel says the writing on the lampshade, walls, countertop, bathroom mirrors proves Mr. Depp is the perpetrator of abuse.

Kathryn Arnold is an expert on the entertainment industry.

Ms. Arnold stated POTC5 made $200M less than the previous films, but she never took into account the impact Amber Heard's 2016 allegations had on its release, just blamed that on Mr. Depp's alcohol/drug use, lateness to set, and his finger being severed.

Ms. Arnold blames Mr. Depp's loss of roles, his career on his alcohol/drug use, lateness to set, continued lawsuits, and says the Washington Post Op-Ed has zero impact and is not to blame.

🤣Ms. Arnold says the public was exhausted by the character of Captain Jack Sparrow and Disney was rethinking the future of the POTC franchise prior to the Washington Post Op-Ed.

I doubt the public would agree.

🤣Ms. Arnold seems to believe Ms. Heard had a consistently well received career prior to Adam Waldman statements, and that all social media and media negativity ignited from them.

🤣Ms. Arnold believes there was no social media negativity for Ms. Heard prior to Adam Waldman's statements. Apparently, she hasn't seen the Depp support community disseminating evidence since she first made her false allegations in 2016.

🤣L'Oreal, who apparently believes abusers are worth it in continuing to keep Ms. Heard, who is a evidence proven, self-admitted abuser, has complained about Depp supporters posts when they promote her. Apparently Adam Waldman is responsible for that too.

🤣Ms. Arnold is under the delusion that Depp supporters will cease in seeking her replacement in Aquaman, banning her films, speaking out about endorsements, or disseminating evidence after the trial. Until she is held accountable it won't.

🤣Ms. Arnold says if the negative social media and media comments cease, it will take Ms. Heard 4-5 years to rehab her career. My question is what career? It wasn't all that impressive to begin with & we now know Mr. Depp was responsible for getting her the role of Mera.

🤣Ms. Arnold says Amber Heard's career projection is comparable to Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Chris Pine, Zendaya, etc. Has she seen the many Box Office disasters of epic proportion she's been involved with. Did she see the critic that said a cardboard box could act better?

🤣Ms. Arnold says Amber Heard had great chemistry in Aquaman with Jason Momoa.

🤣Ms. Arnold gave away the plot to Aquaman 2. Mera is in the hospital in the beginning of the film, she was supposed to have a large action sequence, but her role was greatly cut down.

🤣Ms. Arnold believes Ms. Heard's lost potentially $45M in films deals, endorsements, tv series over 5 years.

🤣Ms. Arnold says Ms. Heard cannot continue her charity work. What charity work, she used ill/dying children as a PR scheme, never paid CHLA.

🤣Ms. Arnold says Ms. Heard isn't permitted to do press, wasn't invited to a DC event, and was pulled from an issue of LA Style.

Perhaps it is because of countless interviews like this and not because of Adam Waldman⬇️

🤣Ms. Arnold says Mr. Waldman's statements are the ignition switch that caused the media stories of the defecation in the marital bed, the UK trial publicity, and every other negative media story and negative social media post about Ms. Heard.

All-in-all today's alleged experts fell drastically short and couldn't respond well on cross-examination. The jury was disinterested & as bored as the gallery of audience. But, when you have no credible evidence and no witnesses of merit, it is what you get.

Whitney Heard Henriquez was in court, dressed in the same colors as Ms. Heard, and Elaine Bredehoft. Baby-sh*t brown.

Outside that one personal was removed from the courtroom after causing a disruption.

We will see in the morning if they are stupid enough to call Mr. Depp to...

the stand. Keep in mind, if Ms. Heard calls him to the stand, she cannot impeach his testimony.

I'm off as it is harder and harder to get access and I don't want to miss getting into the trial.
