It’s not first time Adrian Zenz and all propaganda industry use “leaked documents” on Xinjiang.

They have claimed evidence of forced labor using some “leaked documents”, but finally it’s a document protecting labor rights for seasonal workers.

So, what's new this time? As they claimed the Chinese version of the documents are in original format.
I have downloaded some to do some basic check, what do I feel ?

Well a mix of some authentic documents with fake one...

Let's start with authentic one (at least for me, It seems authentic)

A scanned word document about the speech of Zhao Kezhi, given in the context of public security and the stability of the region. Author is public security office of ZePu County

The content is, well, boring (I'm not fan of official speeches). They are mainly talked about the progress on anti-terrorism, religious extremism, promoting national unity, education on language, law, professional skills, job empowerment. And for that, increased personnels.

This documents is in line with the Government narrative.
There are a transcription of Chen Quanguo's Speech, which I think it's also authentic, but the speech is nothing new. Let's see something interesting:

First, a word document,
See when the document is created and modified by whom ? Yep, Kokobore Ilshat, Works for WUC, an Uyghur separatist group, payed millions by NED every single year and linked with the 2009 Urumqi Terrorist attack.

Despite the date and author, there are other important flaws: A notice document usually have Title, To, Signature and Date. Even for an informal notice, there must have signature and date, but it's missing in leaked document.

There is another document saying the medical service procedure:
Created in 2004 but modified in 2017 ? But this 400-character document is edited in total 7 minutes !!

That is thinking, measuring, formatting and typing 57 Chinese characters per minute. I can't...

There are other documents created in 2022 and edited by Kokbore Ilshat and total editing time is less than 15 minutes. I won't waste by time, Just go to their website and judge yourself.
At least, they claim the Chinese version of document is original, but in reality it's not.

Of course, they can also fake the document creation, editing and author's name easily. For me these kind of real + fake document method is not new:
- real document to show you they are real
- fake documents are serve to their propaganda narrative.

Change Office settings and computer's date time, you can fake any documents you want:

For example: What about a "leaked document" of march 2018 shows Adrian Zenz has paid by U.S government to spread fake information on China?
The English is not native level, but who cares🤣

Part 3: they are secretly replacing documents pointed out above.... And got caught..
