District Improvement Plan (DIP) is one thing I don't do alone, it is a team effort. Met #1&2, significant progress on 3&4. #schcom0524 comms during pandemic became central office focused, then in the return they became decentralized, still need to figure out balance

Navigation of the masking policy was a challenge, thanks to Paula and the nurses for gathering the vaccine data for the FHS waiver, and then the testing during the pandemic, contact tracing etc. #schcom0524 budget updates, comms to family's whose language is not English
