Bob Violette, 76, was a youth bowling coach. He died trying to protect the children in his care.
He was described by family as a doting husband and a grandfather who cherished his weekly bowling nights with his grandchildren.
Joshua Seal, 36, worked as a Director of Interpreting Services. He was a husband, a father of four and an advocate for the Deaf community. He was committed to creating safe space for Deaf people and was widely known as the ASL interpreter for Dr. Shah’s pandemic briefings.

Ming Wei Ma was a dance instructor & owner of the Star Dance Studio. He was described as a caring person with a selfless nature. He was the first to rush towards the shooter to try & save others.
Alvero’s daughter Kristenne Alvero told Rolling Stone “My dad loved God, he loved people, and he loved to dance. I hope he's dancing now, in that great gig in the sky”
Sgt. Jewel Scott, who is stationed in Fort Hood army base in Killeen, Texas, has been posting videos saying she believes her life is in danger. After voicing her concerns of issues at the base, they had her arrested and hospitalized.

This is Ruth Whitfield, 86. Her son, the former Buffalo Fire Commissioner, said she was on her way from visiting her husband in a nursing home and stopped at the store to get something to eat.
Aaron Salter Jr. was identified by his son, Aaron Salter III, as the beloved Tops Friendly Markets security guard and former Buffalo cop who tried to stop the shooter.
Salter, who joined the Buffalo Police Department right out of high school, leaves behind three children.
Pearl Young, 77, was a mother, grandmother, and key member of her church. For 25 years she fed those in need in the city’s Central Park neighborhood.

Nibo was on her way to a late breakfast with a friend in downtown LA. when they stumbled on the ‘Stop the Steal’ rally in front of City Hall. As she tried to walk past, people began to break away from the crowd & follow her. They asked her if she voted for Trump.
The crowd started getting closer and accused her of hitting someone. They began yelling out racial slurs and chanting “White Lives Matter”. She was then shoved from behind. Another man knocked her phone out of her hand, scratching her face in the process.
