The Cultural Council has $65k in account, and another $10k earmark in the Senate budget as of today, could be used for the forthcoming festival. #tc0526 how much of the $65 is encumbered? Unknown, did anyone talk with the Cultural Council Chair? Not discussed.

Resolved to not change at this time, the cultural Council (or other line items) , recommended that they consider adding the chairs for future discussion. Public hearing closes
