1) Having been on the radio yesterday & challenged with the nonsense that Boris is not delivering priorities, I thought I’d spent some time this morning with just a small taste of why that accusation is just false.

4) boosting police funding by £1.1 billion this year have recruited over 13,000 extra officers, as well as launching a Beating Crime Plan to make streets safer. Our PCSC Act will also deliver new powers for
the police to cut crime and make sure criminals spend longer in jail.
5) boosting school funding by £4 billion this year, taking total funding up to £41.7 billion. Every primary school will receive at least £4,362 per pupil, and every secondary school at least £5,669 per pupil. Also £1.8 billion to take catch-up funding to almost £5 billion
6) Delivering around £12 billion a year in extra funding for our
health & social care services over the next 3 years – a total of £36 billion. This will allow tackling of backlog in the NHS, cap the cost of social care, and deliver better services for patients.

7) The Integrated Rail Plan sets out how 3 new high-
speed rail lines will be built, electrify or upgrade 3 existing main lines, improve local services, and integrate them
properly with HS2 and Northern Powerhouse Rail – all 10 to 15 years sooner than under previous plans.
And all this without this weeks announcements m, which I will summarise later, and many other new policies and bills that have gone through parliament.
Ignore the crap & spread the good stuff!
Happy Friday

1: So I’m going to do a thread now. Please read as I really would like to put this to bed. This is for those of you who contacted me privately, fellow Tories and Brexiteers and moderate left.
This is how I see this whole affair, bear with me to then it won’t take long! #cummings
2/ the media started with something called pre-suasion. Big headlines to get your attention knowing most people work on shortcuts and won’t really listen to all the details. They started with 2 lies. He’d gone to stay with his dad and went to Durham twice. This incensed people...
3/ they then used social proof. Get a few labour activists on websites like mumsnet & then everyone around is thinks it’s true. MSM put petrol on the original lie. The far left see their opportunity and stir it up, knowing by now that it’s not true by hey what the hell.
