Worrying today won't change the outcome of tomorrow. Mondays will bring whatever they were going to bring anyway. There may be lots to do and maybe you don't want to do it, but you don't need to let yourself be stressed over it.
2/ Finish chores in the morning
Do laundry, meal prep, put out your clothes for tomorrow. Getting this all out of the way really takes pressure off of you for the rest of the day. The sooner you cross out tasks, the better.
3/ Unwind in the afternoon
Read a book, play your favorite game, or watch something new. Spend your afternoons doing something you enjoy. This is your time to unwind and feel good. Instant serotonin boost.
4/ Recharge in the evening
You've got a long week ahead of you. To feel your best the next morning, recharge the night before. Do some self care, yoga, or meditation as your nightly ritual. You'll sleep better and wake up feeling like a champion.
