Teffo: I put it to you that you were deposing this affidavit for the second docket, and the IO is colonel Buthelezi. Does it make sense?

Mosia: yes, it does. After introducing herself to me she spoke about CAS 636/10/2014.

Teffo: You then understand there are two cases?

Mosia: now I understand
Teffo: and for cas 375/1/2019, the IO is Colonel Buthelezi?

Mosia: yes.

Teffo: When you wrote this statement, were you forced or was it out of your own will.
Mosia: It was out of my own will
Teffo: Were you still active at work at the time? (2019)
Mosia: That’s correct. Colonel Buthelezi collected the statement a few days later.

Teffo: So you are telling the court that you had all the time to think? In 2019 January, it had been 4 years and 4 months since the killing had happened. Am I correct?

Mosia: that’s correct.

Mosia: I’m not sure about the wrong spelling, but I do take responsibility for what I wrote.

Teffo: you remember you said you cannot be persuaded that the crime scene was contaminated?

Mosia: that’s correct. I believe the crime scene was not tampered with. On my arrival on the crime scene I did not suspect any contamination
