Adv Teffo: Are you now aware that there are two cases that have been opened in regards to this murder?

Adv Teffo: The theory of the first case is that two men entered the house and when they left, our hero #SenzoMeyiwa was killed. Leading to the five men behind me being arrested. Can you see them?

Mosia: I see them.

Adv Teffo: The other case says it is nonsensical that two people entered that house. What is being said is that there were people in that house that day, the owner, family and visitors, including our beloved son of the soul. #SenzoMeyiwa.

Adv Teffo: The second case stipulates that the suspect is someone who was in the house with the deceased on that day.
What do you say?

We agree with the theory of cas 375. Can the honourable court release our clients and can the court orders NPA to charge the right people.

Adv Teffo: according to the information we have: The DPP had every intention to arrest the 7 people in the house but that did not happen. Instead the five people here became scapegoats. #SenzoMeyiwa

Adv Teffo: The conduct of the driver of the car specifically by moving the body amounts to defeating the ends of justice and concealing a death.

Adv Teffo: in your evidence you conceded that if there was any firearm that shot on that day it cannot be a 9mm. But it was a revolver.

Mosia: I answered in that manner as an opinion. If a firearm is used and you don't find cartridge at the scene, it may happen that it was a revolver or the shooter clean up the cartridges
