✅ Following today’s meeting, Barcelona confirms their BLM plan (“it’s authorization by one or more investors of a minority stake in the company's share capital that ends at 49%) + television rights (25%). Both have to be approved by socis. Assembly on 16th June. #FCB 💰
Normal terms, lol:

• 49% Sale of BLM (Barça Licensing and Merchandising)
• 25% Sale of TV Rights

ℹ️ Also: Barça Atlètic expected to be the new name of Barcelona B, this from next season onwards.

As I mentioned in the initial tweet, these are the decisions taken by the board today — but it isn’t yet implemented as it needs the approval of socis, due to which an assembly will be conducted next month where the members will have to vote on these decisions.
