So it looks like GOP is taking my advice from several weeks ago to aggressively push back against J6 committee hearings. Great!

But if this is the formula, it’s weak.

Why?

Because people won’t be moved by accusations the committee is unlawfully composed

Not that anyone asked but here’s my advice:

•Focus on why Pelosi, McConnell, Bowser intentionally left Capitol grounds unsecured

•Demand release of 14,000 hours of surveillance video concealed by DOJ

•Note that alleged pipe bomber still hasn’t been identified or charged…
•Highlight abusive prosecution of Jan 6 protesters including 100+ that Biden’s DOJ wants detained awaiting trial

•Demand FBI records related to undercover agents, informants involved before and during Jan 6

•Push for answers why Biden’s DOJ is threatening life in prison…

Let’s take a look at report by US Atty John Bash, appointed by Bill Barr to investigate unmasking requests by Obama White House (including Biden) related to Mike Flynn. SURPRISE! Bash found no intentional wrongdoing. But the report contradicts itself…

Up next for DOJ in Tim Hale trial: 2 Capitol police officers and Hale’s roommate who became an informant and recorded private conversations with Hale (Army reservist) after January 6.

NCIS questioned 4 dozen of Hale’s co-workers at Naval yard about Hale’s views on politics, race
Hale’s snitch was his roommate of 3 1/2 years (a black man, funny bc DOJ accuses Hale of being a white supremacist). NCIS approached him a few days after protest—roommate agreed to wear a wire to “get [Hale] to talk.”

Hired as NCIS CHS. Recorded private convo, turned over tape…
now used as evidence against him.

Snitch made $4,000.

Not a bad gig for a 2-3 hour conversation.

Prosecutor btw asked numerous questions about Hale’s views on Biden, Trump, Democrats, and stolen election.”

Over to another emergency motion hearing for Jeffrey McKellop--the FBI raided his cell at DC Gulag on Monday. His attorney, John Kiyonaga, also has pending motion for release
McKellop, a former Green Beret and CIA contractor, faces numerous serious charges including assaulting police (who were attacking the crowd outside.)
