@Lugard_Tareotu 2. The reason why Nigeria has the largest economy & is the poverty capital of the world at the same time is simply cos the Nigerian society & politicians are obsessed with white elephants. Visionary leadership is concrete, mortar & bricks construction....

@Lugard_Tareotu 3. The foundation for economic growth & development is human capital development & human conditions improvement (HDI) for the simple reason that educated/trained people in good human conditions builds a nation. This where @PeterObi is nobody's match in the leading candidates...

Any of those grandiose & high sounding mortar & bricks ideas are nothing but lucre schemes & you shouldn't be a fan..

I hope @DavidHundeyin writes a book on these 'white elephants' strewn all over Nigeria he says he's chronicling & shows the awful opportunity cost of them all to Nigeria maybe that would help people like you understand what I'm talking about here & hopefully change your view..

Furthermore, Peter Obi concentrated on fiscal responsibility which most of you unbelievably scorns, rural development, education, healthcare & welfare for the elderly. This is how you govern in a 'developing' country not piss away & steal money on fancy projects....

Finally, on basic a level, the utilitarian value of a government is measured by how it advanced the good of the people (human condition) & not by some grandiose vision. The good of the people is the raison d'etre of government.
