Now, with that in mind, can anyone tell me exactly how Obi was supposed to make Onitsha a free trade zone?
Some of you come here & drop threads upon threads filled with cheap lies, just because both political parties have decided that the opposition
in this election is Peter Obi. That says a lot, considering that these two groups are filled with thieving politicians that have collectively looted the national treasury for years.
They feel threatened by a man who exudes competence & credibility, & a track record of being
accountable to his electorate with public funds.
Let's look at Lagos state now. You want to compare Anambra state to Lagos state, a state that was Nigeria's capital for 77 whole years (1914-1991)! A state whose 1st seaport was built in 1913! A state whose first 4 deep sea ports
we're constructed as far back as 1921!
Even all the recent developments around that port were driven by the Fed Govt & private operators, as obviously stated in these screenshots.
So, what is this Tinubu's vision that you people keep talking about? Tell me exactly please.
How do you even begin to compare Lagos state, a state that was Nigeria's capital for 77 years, to Anambra, a state whose major state capital, rail network, & Airport were stripped as recently as 1991 when Enugu state was created?
As at the time Anambra state started to exist in
its present geographical form, Lagos state had already been capital of Nigeria for 77 freaking years!
Then the state had to endure another 12 years of wanton looting & pillaging of its meagre resources by thieving politicians.
Obi started from ground zero, & made Anambra the
fastest developing state by the end of his 8 year tenure.
Give Lagos state to Obi for 8 years, & you'll definitely wonder if its the same Lagos that is rife with crime, severe environmental pollution, deep seated corruption, & overpriced housing. That's Tinubu's legacy & vision
Peter Obi inherited a state in ruins, rife with crime, violence, godfatherism, abject poverty, riddled with Debt to the tune of billions from previous administrations, in the form of unpaid salaries, pensions, gratuities, & arrears.
Before he left office, he cleared put every
single debt, did not borrow a dime, rolled out the ANIDS project with which he drove development across all sectors simultaneously, & left the state's treasury very healthy to the tune of NGN75 billion
Even if all Peter Obi did was save, yes that's what Nigeria Needs right now,
and he's the only contestant with a proven track record of actually cutting down cost of governance #GoAndVerify
He did all these, as a governor under APGA, with a very hostile state house filled with PDP reps.
Yes, there was not even a single APGA rep in his 1st tenure!
Men & brethren, the time is nigh. It's time to chase away these thieving politicians.
Put your trust in, & cast your vote for a man who has been proven to be a different breed of politician.
This country needs rescuing, & we can trust Peter Obi to save us

Do you remember when I told you that elections are as much about numbers, as they about psychological warfare?
Now, I want to help you bring into focus, certain things that have been going on, that you may not
understand, but that are aimed at psychologically conditioning you.
If you watch your TL closely, you'd notice concerted & persistent efforts by certain "influencers", to beat down downplay Peter Obi's chances at the elections.
They employ all manner of tactics to achieve this
Now, also remember that initially, these are the same people that kept referring to Peter Obi with terms like "twitter president", & saying things like "Elections are not won on twitter", & "you people don't have PVCs".
Now that they've seen the massive mobilisation of youths
Hey guys, so last night I was seeing my favourite family show "this is us", & this part came on; & I just had to share it, cos it resonates a lot with where we currently find ourselves with @PeterObi & the Labour Party. For once in our generation, droves of young people who have
never voted in elections before, are determined to become registered voters, because a former two-term governor, who is currently aspiring to the highest office in the country, has made us believe that he genuinely cares about us; & this too, not just by his words & charm, but on
the back of overwhelming evidence based on his antecedents & track record of being very accountable with public trust.
It's time for us to elect a man, who will go into office, knowing that he was elected by the people, & who is keen to help us retrieve some of our lost years
Dickson, you're my buddy, & I've tried so hard to ignore a lot of things you've been writing about Peter Obi; but posterity will not be kind to me if I don't weigh in at this point, cos at this point, I can't tell if this is you being on an intentional campaign to make Peter Obi
appear like a hypocrite, or you truly believe the things you say.
First of all, let me make it clear to you that the moment Peter Obi engages in such politics, the same lot of you would trumpet the slogan that he isn't different after all.
I've stated time & again, that when
it comes to certain political conversations, please stay away from things that you do not understand.
Peter Obi is a man who was comfortably a billionaire at 40, & was practically pushed into politics because Anambra state needed a man to pull us out of the quagmire a PDP
Hello my fellow Obidients. I'm here to speak clarity to you.
Let me, first of all, start by appreciating all the hard work that we have all put in over the past one month+ since @PeterObi declared his intentions to run for the office of the president.
We have since galvanised & sustained our very clear call, making it clear that this is the man that we put our hope, faith, & trust in, wholeheartedly.
Not a single soul has been paid a dime to campaign for him. We have all done this, because we have truly suffered over the
past 7 years, & decided to take up this clarion call, to rescue our country from the hands of zealots & power mongers.
Over the past 2 months since he declared, no candidate has been scrutinised a quarter as much as @PeterObi has been.
Peter Obi talking about the reason he decided to get involved in politics. Watch these videos & listen to this man closely. There's no Nigerian politician who has held public office in the past, that'll inspire this much hope of a better country in you.
Do you know why @PeterObi is being fought from within the PDP also? It is because the fight is deeply institutional. Peter Obi represents an existential threat to a class of politicians, who thrive on the gullibility & poverty of the ordinary Nigerian.
Their biggest fear, is
that if Peter Obi spends 8 years as president, & opens the eyes of the people to what it means to be truly served & put first in every decision making, it'd effectively signal the end of a political era. Sadly, this type of politicians exist in both parties.
