Make all of una go siddon, no one Man made Buhari President. It was a collective effort of multiple coalitions with Tinubu being a major part of that and the then political environment making it possible for Buhari to get the vote of people who will not ordinarily vote for him.
Whilst Tinubu's contribution can't be minimised, the same goes with the contributions of other members of that coalition and NONE told us the reward was for Buhari to hand over Nigeria to them. Atiku in 2023 will be contesting under the same conditions that made Buhari President
No one Man is "Awade in Yorubaland". Tinubu rightly had preferred candidates and has influenced the emergence of Lagos Governors since he left public office, why does he think Buhari shouldn't have his own preferred candidate in the National election?
What Buhari should not do is impose any candidate on the APC. He can lobby, he can campaign but should respect the wishes of the APC stakeholders in a free and fair primaries. The Presidency of Nigeria is not the entitlement of any Region or any Individual. It is a context.
Lastly, Y'all had better start preparing for the possibility of an @atiku Presidency as even before all this drama, the angst in the country is towards a change in the party in National leadership. So any APC candidate still have a very long road to travel to get to the villa.
I've said it before and let me say it again, no man can play God, not Tinubu and not Buhari. God gives power, if you like scream from now till 2089. Tinubus political survival in the South West was a COLLECTIVE EFFORT! With many INDIVIDUALS contributing to that survival.
No one can underestimate Tinibus contributions. BAT can not underestimate the contributions of individuals at great personal sacrifice to his own personal and political survival, if he's feeling betrayed, we have individuals who felt betrayed by him but still chose to respect him
The greatest Yoruba leader was Chief Obafemi Awolowo, he never felt entitled, he united Yoruba and even in the face of opposition within Yorubaland he found a way of bringing the young hot heads together. Awo ran a collective leadership, he did not play God. That is leadership.
And this threats of bringing APC down if Tinubu does not get the ticket at the #APCPresidentialPrimaries? Who gives a f****? We had many political parties that has come and go. What is more important is the survival of Nigeria. Parties can always disband, align and realign.
BAT's version of how Buhari became President is Tinubus version. Tunde Bakare @atiku @elrufai @bukolasaraki Rotimi Amaechi, Rochas Okorocha and many others have thier own versions. The version that is obvious to the general public is that Nigerians chose to give Buhari a chance.
The President and the APC owes Tinubu and others only one thing and that is an open, free and transparent #APCPresidentialPrimaries
No individual should force another individual to drop thier ambition to serve just like we saw during the charade of an "election" of APC NEC.

Don't come after me, or come if you want, your Aspirants know the truth. Thankfully I don't have a bone in the fight for who becomes President of Nigeria in 2023. I will be recuperating from PSBTD. (Post Support for Buhari Traumatic Disorder).
Short thread on @atiku's chances. 👇🏿
@atiku will win the Presidency in 2023 if @officialABAT, @ProfOsinbajo, @ChibuikeAmaechi, @kfayemi, and the Southern Aspirants do not come together, unite and present one candidate they can unite around, even that right now is a tight option.
Neither Tinubu nor Osibajo can win if they produce a Candidate from a rancorous primary, and APC does not have a Northern aspirant capable of presenting him/herself as being starkly different from Atiku Abubakar so they can’t even present a Northern candidate from the Aspirants.

🇳🇬 Just before the lights are turned off!
The primary responsibility of the government is to protect its citizens, failing to do that, every other achievement can be wiped out by just 2 days of war. Clearly, from the North to the South the State has lost it's monopoly of violence
and a clear strategy on how to retain control on behalf of the citizens.

None State actors can not bring stability. They can dilliver blood, the temporary feeling of victory in revenge and counter revenge until the last person standing falls.
It is ONLY the State that should restore its authority by gaining the confidence of the citizens in a war situation. Be consistent in reactions to all the conflicts without any hesitations and resort less on knee jack responses.

I have seen a number of people asking why the UK isn't holding Nnamdi Kanu for masterminding large scale assassinations and terrorism in Nigeria.

The answer is, the Nigerian government isn't serious about using well established UK processes in seeking extradition or prosecution.
There are clearly documented records of Nnamdi Kanu's radio broadcasting from the UK; violating laws requesting his militias in Nigeria to target, kill opponents. It is not for @UKinNigeria to do the job of the Nigerian government. Too many misfits in our national institutions.
I will limit the conversation here, when your foreign policy and diaspora engagement is centred over "eye service" and you have no clear policy or strategy to counter propaganda. You will always be playing defence. Do I even want to mention the info Minister still in 1970 mode?

In 2008 I chose my 2nd Masters research topic "International Small Arms Regime And The State: The focus was on Africa and Nigeria."

Professor Peter Gowan pulled me to his office and said "Do you really want to do it?" I told him I suspect Nigeria will be the next Ground Zero.
Dr Marko Bojcun saw my topic by "accident". If I had not met Dr Bojcun, my work would have just been an "academic exercise". Marko it was who linked me with contacts. I was able to visit 4 core small arms supply routes in Europe. Uncover Nigerian players in the market.
A contact in Bosnia linked me up with a Nigerian player. He was one of the most important player in the illegal small arms trade. He claimed then he doesn't supply Nigerian clients out of principle.
That turned out to be a lie. I only found out in Abuja on the 1st October 2020.

Interesting parapo meeting today, anger, lots of 'THEY' vs 'US'. The zoom meeting was well attended. People threatening fire, thunder, tagging those of us calling for calm "Traitors".

Then I asked, how many of your children were involved in the Ibadan killings today? SILENCE!
Then one of my "Comrade" himself and his wife are always jumping from @channelstv to @ARISEtv. I asked him, aside your television rounds, have you ever handled an AK47? Simple question, he called me a bastard.
I asked will your Ibadan radio station host 100 Eso's? SILENCE!
Then another one, he was Afenifere lackeys, during the Ajegunle crisis, the same one who chopped money meant for young Yoruba who were defending their streets, mane died needlessly. I asked when last he visited Eso zones across Yoruba land. SILENCE! He kept ranting Fulani bla bla
