Registration for #Hajj 2022 is now open to residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฆ and will last for 9 days until Saturday, June 11.

As the website is facing an influx of visitors, do note there may be delays.
A reminder that citizens and residents of Saudi Arabia must have received a COVID-19 vaccination in order to perform #Hajj this year, and an immunised individual in Saudi Arabia is defined as someone who has completed three doses of the vaccine.
Ministry of Hajj:

Priority for those intending to perform Hajj this year within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be given to those who have not previously performed Hajj.

*Tourism Visa Entry Clarification*

1) Entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is allowed regardless of immunization status.

2) Registration of arrival and registration of vaccinations is NOT required to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3) Fully vaccinated individuals can register their vaccine details through the Muqeem webportal.

4) An insurance is required to cover the costs of treatment from infection with the Coronavirus (Covid-19) during the period of stay in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - This is already included in the Tourist Visa.

Did you know that there is a direct path between Masjid An-Nabwi and Masjid Quba?

The path starts from Masjid Ghamama which is located just outside the North Eastern courtyard of Masjid An-Nabawi (front right side of the Masjid).
It is roughly 5,000 steps from there to Masjid Quba and takes between 40-45 minutes at normal pace.

The walk is pleasant, especially these days with the cool weather, and mainly flat.
Ibn โ€˜Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him) said:

โ€œThe Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to come to Qubaโ€™ riding and walking.โ€

According to another report: โ€œand he would pray two rakโ€™ahs there.โ€

Hajj 1442 Information (Provided By The Ministry Of Health on 22/05/2021) - Thread Of Tweets...

1) Only 60,000 Hujjaj will be scheduled to perform Hajj this year which includes local and foreign pilgrims.

2) Those performing Hajj MUST be between the age of 18-60 years of Age.
3) Those performing Hajj MUST be in a good stated of health.

4) Those performing Hajj MUST not have been in hospital for any illness within the past 6 months prior to travelling for Hajj. (Proof Is Required)
5) The pilgrims MUST have had both doses of the vaccine with a Vaccination card provided by the individual countries Health Organisation / Hospital / Ministry. (Proof Required)
