Brian Boele of Lakeland and James Brett IV of Clearwater were added to an existing indictment.

Another law enforcement source confirms to @NBCNews that Peter Navarro DID NOT self-surrender, but was rather taken into custody during an arrest operation.

Capitol rioter Jonathan Mellis is now citing the pretrial release of Capitol rioter Matthew Beddingfield in his own motion for reconsideration of pretrial detention.

Mellis cites the fact that Beddingfield was out on bail for attempted murder when he stormed the Capitol.
