Another law enforcement source confirms to @NBCNews that Peter Navarro DID NOT self-surrender, but was rather taken into custody during an arrest operation.
Capitol rioter Thomas Conover of "I DON’T ALWAYS STORM THE CAPITOL OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. BUT WHEN I DO, I PREFER COORS LIGHT” fame is now objecting to the public release of the video evidence in his case.
"The publication of the video clips only serve to harm Mr. Conover’s interests as a private citizen who has already taken responsibility and been held accountable for his conduct,” his lawyer writes. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
When former CEO and convicted Jan. 6 defendant Bradley Rukstales tried to keep the evidence in his case secret, a judge ruled that he "does not have a property or privacy interest in videos of his conduct inside the Capitol.” storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…

"When there's an organization or a company that now has a reputation for being a target of law enforcement, people don't want to do business with them.” nbcnews.com/politics/polit…
Capitol rioter Jonathan Mellis is now citing the pretrial release of Capitol rioter Matthew Beddingfield in his own motion for reconsideration of pretrial detention.
Mellis cites the fact that Beddingfield was out on bail for attempted murder when he stormed the Capitol.
"Both Mr. Mellis’ criminal history and alleged actions on January 6, 2021 are in stark contrast to that of Mr. Beddingfield." storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
Beddingfield was released into the supervision of his grandfather following his arrest this year, although a judge indicated he would've been held pretrial had he been arrested sooner. nbcnews.com/politics/justi…
