- Provision has been made for motorcycle riders affected by the Ban interested in operating the First and Last Mile buses to be integrated into the scheme.
- Riders affected riders may consider enrolling at any of the 18 vocational centres across the state or access the Lagos State Employment Trust Funds

- Okada NOT Safe Means of Transportation
- The Lagos State Government will not relent in its effort to ensure Okadas stay banned in the mentioned areas.

- More buses, taxis and boats have been deployed to ensure that commuters have decent alternatives to get to their destinations.
- Okada enforcement will be intensified in the coming week - @Taskforce112

- Riders waiting for the enforcement team to weaken their resolve on the Okada Ban is wasting their time - @Taskforce112

VIDEO: LAGOS WARNS AGAINST FALSE ALARM

The attention of the Lagos State Government has been drawn to a video circulating online showing officials of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) and the Environmental and Special Offences Unit (Task Force) at Alaba-Rago Market.

@benhundeyin ImageImage
The video is accompanied by a voice, which is not that of any official of the two agencies. The voice is that of a faceless blogger trying to whip up ethnic and political sentiments over the planned relocation of traders for the remodelling of Alaba Rago Market.
The video is authentic because Commander, Rapid Response Squad (RRS), CSP Olayinka Egbeyemi and Chairman, Lagos State Task Force, CSP Shola Jejeloye, were in Alaba Rago last Thursday to brief the traders on the planned relocation.
