Forensic detective Thabo Mosia tells the PTA High Court he never checked #SenzoMeyiwa's car for blood spatter even though it's alleged the soccer star was bleeding when he was taken to hospital.

Mshololo: Did you ask anyone in the house if they called an ambulance?

Mosia:
I believe that was the work of the investigating officer.

Mshololo:

Did you ask?

Mosia:

No

Adv Mshololo: The ambulance or paramedics should have been immediately called to the scene, you agree?

Mosia:

Yes

Mshololo: And they were never called because you didn't find them there?

We're looking at statment by Sylvia Ngubeni who says when she arrived on scene there was water on the floor and she was shocked.
She says Maggie Phiri was picking bottles from the floor and when she asked why Maggie said she didn't want police to see.

Another statement from a witness. Adv Mshololo refers too speaks of alot of bottles being on the floor at the crime scene.

'Maggie Phiri suggested to us that we should clean up before police. We left her behind packing the empties'

The house was cleaned. The crime scene was tampered with before you arrived?

You said there were police in the house, do you think they took statements from drunk people?

It was just interviews
