Pangandaman says in a recent meeting with incoming economic managers and President-elect Bongbong Marcos, they agreed the new DBCC will convene in the first week of July to revisit the assumptions of the outgoing DBCC members.

Pangandaman: What’s important is we pursue further cash-based budgeting to increase our utilization. Malaki ang pondo natin pero karamihan ay hindi nagagastos.

Pangandaman: Siguro pag pinagaralan ang budget for 2023, let’s make sure na nag budget na ipo-provide natin ay magamit at makarating sa mga tao.

Pangandaman: Kailangan po ng fiscal discipline…Karamihan po proper planning lang ng proyekto at programa.

Pangandaman: By 2024, I assume we will have enough fiscal space to provide for the priority programs of the (Marcos) administration
