Election law professor Al Agra reminds candidates, both winning and losing, need to file their Statement of Contribution and Expenditures (SOCE).
Atty. Agra on importance of SOCE: Pinaka-layunin ang transparency. Lahat ng natanggap mo para sa kampanya, ginastos ay kailangan ilista. Maliwanag sa batas na may limit ang gastos.
Atty. Agra on allowed expenditures under SOCE: Pwedeng sarili mo lahat ang gastos. Pangalawa, ang sinumang nag-contribute sayo kung sakali ay Filipino individuals, domestic corporations.
Atty. Agra reminds foreign nationals, GOCCs, civil servants, police personnel are among those prohibited from making campaign contributions to candidates.

Candidates who accept such can be charged an election offense.
