2/ Throughout history, stories have provided community and connection. Now, stories are able to reach more people than ever before. However, these stories are only told by a select few and fans are treated simply as consumers, when we are so much more.

3/ It’s the community of fans who bring a story to life beyond its traditional medium. Yet, there is a disconnect in the ownership over the story. Fans are creating art and concepts around existing franchises without anything in return.

4/ Today, the gatekeepers of Hollywood control the distribution of premium content. This has led to a top down decision making model where the production studio and the content distributors become bottlenecks for creators.

5/ The development process in Hollywood is broken. New voices are routinely disregarded, with few opportunities to sell their ideas. So, how do we change the next-generation of story-telling & go from being passive consumers to immersive story creators with ownership?

7/ Web3 offers a new paradigm that changes distribution, funding, and allows for community ownership.

8/ This completely changes how future content will be created & consumed. Just like the internet changed funding models to subscription and streaming changed viewing habits, the new paradigm shift is available to us now — and we will be at the forefront.

10/ Our vision is to create a place where communities can come together to create, contribute to, & ultimately become co-owners of the next gen of story franchises. Our hope is that these stories eventually become as culturally relevant as brands such as Star Wars or Pokémon.

11/ We create the foundation for story universes with established writers and visual artists. We then invite & incentivize creatives from around the world to experience our immersive stories & help us build these stories into expansive community ip.

12/ The Story Architect, or person who runs the production, together with a writing team, will create a new narrative-based universe that will live within its own DAO. Artists will then create NFTs of the characters & other elements of the future story.

13/ These NFTs will also act as a governance mechanism for the DAO & be used within the stories in interactive and immersive ways. After the launch and sale of the core NFT set, the writers’ room will start to piece out what we’re calling a core narrative.

14/ The community will then help build these universes into expansive stories through a create-to-earn model, with a bottom up structure where creatives exchange ideas with fan communities, build it together, & control the use of their intellectual property into premium content.
