If true, it shows of course, that the German government does not only not deliver western tanks to Ukraine, it also actively discourages allies to do so while the Ukrainian government seems increasingly desperate to secure heavy weapons. 4/4
Usual note of caution: The old Leopards are in storage in Zaragoza, out of use since years. Robles stated on Tuesday explicitly that it would take a long time to restore them and that Spain would coordinate deliveries „with other countries“.
