Who do you think the top #NBAplayers of all time are?

This weekend I was able to, after the completion of the finals, update my “CSS - Combined Statistical & Subjective NBA All Time G.O.A.T. Ranking” 🧵

This is a LOT of detail if you are into that but if you just look at the very top you’ll see that there’s been two significant movements this year.

Teaser: both Steph and LeBron moved this year in the CSS all-time GOAT ranking.

@BillSimmons does "pantheon rankings" great but here's mine w/ data: advanced metrics, standards, awards, & subjective rankings as well (I figure real GOATs are well-balanced)

While procrastinating other work last night & this morning I made some very tiny adjustments based on feedback from facebook and twitter and Curry is not in the top ten and LeBron is just slightly down to #3 now. (they were neck and neck with other players anyway)

Top 12 now according to the spreadsheet in order is:

Jordan
Kareem
LeBron
Russell
Kobe
Wilt
Duncan
Shaq
Magic
Bird
Curry
Hakeem

But the top Pantheon is *so close* those two will keep climbing easily securing #2 for LeBron, and top 10 for Steph, if not as high as #5 for Curry depending on when he retires. It would be very hard for him to unseat the top 4, however.
