Attended a wonderful session taken by @Mahatria Ji, wherein he focused on very small-small things which we might consider trivial but are very essential.
Here is what he showed us:
🧵
There are TWO types of RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary and Secondary.
If you succeed in Secondary Responsibilities, but fail in the Primary one, you will always have a vaccuum.
Eg. If a teacher only entertains the students but doesn't teach them (crack jokes in the class)...
1/n
Is your success in few secondary responsibilities taking away you from your primary responsibilities?
When you succeed in Secondary Responsibilities, & you feel proud, then there is a high chance that you may forget or marginalize your 1° responsibilities.
So, BE WATCHFUL
2/n
@Mahatria Ji describes certain responsibilities as 1° responsibilities.
The First one is towards your OWN BODY.
Do exercise.
If you dont do exercise, then No Dinner that day. Follow this mantra.
NO EXERCISE, NO DINNER.
3/n
Adding to the No Exercise, No Dinner Mantra,
If you couldnt do exercise someday and are on your dinner table, just DO 11 ROUNDS of the table b4 the dinner.
This will add a sense of respect and responsibility. And next time, you will not falter for sure.
4/n
The Second Responsibility is towards the FAMILY.
We know that you LOVE your Family, but SHOW LOVE.
Your love should be communicated to your family members in form of touch, words, action, concerns etc.
5/n
Tell me When was the last time you have touched your father?
Love to family is spelt as T.I.M.E.
Spend time with them. Eat with them without your mobiles, Call them daily (don't say you don't have even 2 min), Touch them!
Be a part of the Family, Be the Family.
6/n
Next Responsibility is towards SELF.
BE HAPPY, CELEBRATE YOURSELF!
And celebration doesnt only mean getting drunk.
Write journal, Do something happy, spread positivity.
7/n
And the Mantra to be Happy is to be CONSISTENT.
Be consistent in your actions.
And remember this, regularly is not daily. Only Daily is daily.
In the AGRICULTURE Module conducted at @LBSNAA_Official by and under the guidance of @arvindpadhee Sir, we got to know detailed insights about Indian Agriculture, its issues, and some success stories.
After our Foundation Course at @LBSNAA_Official, the Phase 1 Professional Training of IAS (Probationer) started almost 3 weeks back.
While we had various experiences and learning, I want to share some of the things which gripped me.
Keystone
Just like the tiger is a keystone species i.e. protecting a tiger means protecting the whole eco-system, similarily, we can identify some issues as keystones that can help build/develop the whole system.
Material Health is one such system when it comes to health.

Blame & Shame
Blaming & shaming your subordinates doesn't help. Rather it will prevent you from knowing the truth in the future and will further the tendency of data fudging, and concealing.
There has to be 2-way communication and it has to be in a non-threatening manner.
