#Can’t withdraw Bitcoin from Binance#
1, On May 18 I received an email from Binance said my account was in violation of their Terms of Use, and they frozen my account.
2, Since then I keep contacting the Binance support and their answer is always the same ‘we don’t know the reason and pls wait for email’.
3, On Jun 15 I finally received an email from Binance they ask for information about my source of wealth and information about my bitcoin deposit. I sent 2 bitcoins on May 5, and May 12, from my own Trezor wallet.
4, After I sent all the documents they said it would take another 30 days for reviewing the documents. My bitcoins are still frozen by Binance and I can’t even trading.
This is frustrating and unacceptable.
5, Please withdraw your bitcoins from exchanges. They can freeze your asset whatever they want.
I will post update about my frozen account here.
6, it’s been 2 month and My bitcoins were still frozen.
7. It’s been 3 months since Binance had frozen my bitcoins and they didn’t reply to my email and the customer service didn’t reveal any reason.
8. It’s been 4 months my bitcoins were still frozen by Binance. The customer service didn’t know why and they didn’t give any explanation.
9. It's almost 6 months and my bitcoins are still frozen by Binance. Every time I try to contact the customer service they would let me wait for days and their response is always the same. I feel so helpless. If someone can help me.
10. It’s been more than 7 months my bitcoins were still frozen by Binance. They gave no reason.
11. It’s been 9 months my bitcoins were sill frozen by Binance. They gave no information.
